【摘要】 在转型升级的社会背景下,旧工业区的合理更新已经成为城市可持续发展所要解决的突出问题。因此本文的研究目标是:以“转型升级”为视角,通过系统的解读“转型升级”,研究对旧工业区的影响和作用,从而探索旧工业区的改造策略。论文在这样的目标体系中层层递进的展开研究,主要研究内容分为四大部分:首先,从转型升级的基础研究把握其本质,从旧工业区更新改造的相关理论和实践进行梳理,把握旧工业区更新改造的内在规律和时代脉搏;其次,是关于转型升级与旧工业区更新的联系研究,从大量的表现形式中提炼总结,赋予转型升级三个层次的内涵体系,即准则层、要素层和管制层,并阐述各层次的具体内涵,在此基础上分析转型升级与旧工业区更新改造的内在联系和作用机制;再次,从“产业—功能—生态”三个维度,解析旧工业区衰落的根源和空间表现,以及更新改造的过程中激化的各种矛盾,揭示矛盾的根源;最后,建立基于“转型升级”的旧工业区更新改造的策略体系,即旧工业区更新改造应坚持的原则,实施中的三种改造模式和行动策略,以及保障实施的管理策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the social background of transition and upgrading ,old industrial areas renew has become a prominent problems to sovle sustainable development of the city. Therefore, the research aims of this paper are:putting the transition and upgrading as a perspective, grasping the old industrial areas of influence and role through the content of it, to explore the reform strategy of the old industrial areas.Based on such a goal, the papers handed in a series of research. This research includes four parts:Firstly, it is to explore the essence of transition and upgrading with the basic research ,and study and comb with related theory and practice of the old industrial zone improvement, and grasp the inherent laws and the pulse of the times of the old industrial zone improvement; Secondly,it is about the relation research of the transition and upgrading with the reform of the old industrial areas ,from a large number of forms of transition are summing up, to upgrade the three dimensions, namely "industry and function, and the dimensions of the ecological dimension", for change of system upgrade support for research. based on this analysis and transformation of updating and upgrading old industrial areas the role and mechanisms;Thirdly, from the industry-the functions-the ecology of the three dimensions ,to study the problems of old industrial zone, as well as renovation of the intensification of contradictions and conflicts stem from the supervision system incomplete.Finally, based on the upgrade technical updating and transformation of the old industrial areas of the system, based on three dimensions under the guidance of the three types of reform and reconstruction policy, the reform and renovation of the support of establishing and perfecting the system of countermeasures.更多还原
