【摘要】 自上世纪后期伊始,伴随着经济全球化发展,城市化进程大幅提升;人民生活水平日益提高,休闲时代随之到来。近年来,休闲广场开始活跃于城市广场的建设舞台之上,旨在创造良好的城市公共空间体系和满足人们日益提高的休闲生活需求。休闲广场大规模建设,取得可喜成绩的同时,也因发展时间短,理论基础不完善,加之实践经验不足,而存在很多引人思索之处。如何设计一个“亲和”的建筑围合型休闲广场空间,已经成为城市设计理论中公共空间部分的重要课题之一。在对城市广场起源及演化过程的梳理前提下,明确了建筑围合型休闲广场的概念。通过国内外相关资料的归纳分析,对该概念进行讨论与界定,确立了该类型广场空间设计的研究方向和目标;针对广场空间的地域、场所,舒适、归属特性要求,针对技术设计层面的基面、边围、家具、空间节点四大要素下的多个子要素,运用文献归纳、实例研习等方法综合分析,初步得到了建筑围合型休闲广场空间的“适宜”因子评价办法。精选苏州工业园区湖东邻里中心休闲广场实例,作出判断和评析,找出该广场空间设计的精彩与不足之处。最终,论文确立了“稳步发展城市休闲广场空间,改善城市居民生活环境质量,充分体现社会和谐发展,完成建筑围合型休闲广场空间的精品设计”为最终设计目标;明确了建筑围合型休闲广场空间设计的四个基本要求,即:尊重历史文化传承、凸显空间场所感、提升空间舒适感、增强空间归属感;并依据此四点要求,提出基面、边围、家具和空间节点四大要素下各设计要素层面上营造休闲广场“亲和”空间的具体策略和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the beginning of last century, Urbanization has speeded up quickly along with the development of economic globalization. People’s living standards are improving day by day followed by the arrival of leisure time. In recent years, Recreational square has been active in the construction of other city squares to create a good urban public space system and meet people’s increasing demand for leisure. While Recreational square is achieving good results under large-scale construction, there are also many thought-provoking improvements due to inadequate theoretical basis and lack of practical experience. Therefore, how to design a suitable type of Architecture-enclosured Recreational square has become an important subject in the public space section of the urban design theory.The concept of Architecture-enclosured Recreational square is clearly defined after sorting out the origin and evolution of city squares. Then, we discuss and define the concept in order to determine the goal and direction of this type of squares according to the analysis and induction of domestic and international relevant information. The requirements of the square, place, comfortable, ownership characteristics of the geographical space and several sub-factors of the four main factors of base surface, perimeter, furniture, space nodes in the technical design are analyzed by comprehensive approaches of literature reviews, case study etc. Take East Lake Neighborhood Center recreation square in Suzhou Industrial Park for instance, through judging and commenting on the design of the square space to find out the highlights and shortcomings. Finally, we discuss and define the final design goal: Develop the urban recreational square space steadily; improve the quality of citizens living environment; fully embody the harmonious development of the society; complete the Architecture-enclosured Recreational square’s high-quality goods design space. Determine the basic requirements for this design: respect the history and cultural heritage, highlight the space for places feeling, improve the intimacy of the space; enhance the belonging feelings of the space.
