【摘要】 亚健康是指一种非疾病非健康状态,是介乎疾病与健康之间的一种中间状态,这种状态如果持续发展,就会进入“潜临床”阶段,如果处理不当将会直接导致严重的疾病。而对于亚健康的具体发病机理,现代医学研究尚未明确,还没有一套准确易行、适用于临床的诊断方法。对于主要以检测结果为用药目标的现代医学来说,由于对亚健康的人群无法作出明确诊断,因而误诊、耽误病情、无法用药的实例比比皆是,更谈不上对亚健康的有效预防。因此,中医药对亚健康的治疗就显得非常有优势。导师黄永生教授经过多年丰富的临床实践,深入认识了任继学教授所提出的伏邪理论,从而创立了“先天伏寒”病因学假说,并总结出了有效的治法和方药,在临床上从“先天伏寒”角度治疗亚健康收效确切。本文从临床疗效及安全性评价方面对伏寒方治疗亚健康“先天伏寒证”进行探讨和分析,为亚健康的治疗提供了更好的思路和方法。目的:通过随机对照病例观察,评价伏寒方对亚健康“先天伏寒证”的疗效并同时观察伏寒方的安全性,在方证相应的角度上,进一步探讨“先天伏寒”证的临床表征特点。方法:选取亚健康先天伏寒证患者65例,采用随机对照研究方法,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例给予伏寒颗粒,药物由长春中医药大学制剂室提供,每次1袋,每日2次;对照组32例给予安慰剂,由长春中医药大学制剂室提供,每次1袋,每日2次,温开水冲服。观察“先天伏寒”证候的临床表现、不良反应及安全性指标的检测结果(血、尿常规,肝、肾功能)。结果:对于亚健康“先天伏寒”证候积分的改善,治疗组可明显改善足凉或手足凉、疲乏、太息、口干、心烦、畏寒、恶冷喜热饮、胃痛或胀、气短、腰膝酸软等“先天伏寒”证候症状,明显优于对照组,没有明显的不良反应。治疗前后在安全性指标方面无任何异常变化。结论:本临床观察从方证相应的角度印证了亚健康先天伏寒证临床表现的客观性。进一步印证了“先天伏寒”证在证-理-法-方-药的链条上存在着内在逻辑性和合理性。如果能够在临床上针对“先天伏寒”证候特点进行准确的辨证治疗,就一定会收到满意的治疗效果。更多还原
