【摘要】 目的:膝骨性关节炎是中老年人的常见病、多发病,严重的影响中老年人的生活质量,成为全球性的公共卫生问题之一。膝骨性关节炎的有效预防与治疗已成为当务之急,本着科研服务社会的宗旨,本次研究试图为膝骨性关节炎的治疗找到一种安全、方便、持续有效的治疗途径。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例膝骨性关节炎患者,按随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组给予中药溻渍外敷治疗,对照组给予TDP(特定电磁波)治疗仪照射治疗。并将治疗前、治疗后的临床症状分别根据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的标准给予评分,将所得数据经spssl2. 0统计软件进行统计学分析,客观评价两种治疗方法的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药溻渍治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效显著,证实了中药溻渍治疗的有效性,拓宽了膝骨性关节炎的治疗思路,为开发高疗效、高质量、高标准的治疗方法和治疗药物奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The knee osteoarthritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease of quinquagenarian.It is has become one of the global public health problem, which are caused the arthritis and complication have seriously influenced the old people’s quality of life. The Knee osteoarthritis effective prevention and treatment has become the urgent matter. This study based on the tenet of scientific research and serving the society, and finding out a safe, convenient and continuous effective approach for the knee osteoarthritis treatment.Methods:Put the 60 cases of the knee osteoarthritis patients that according with the criteria, randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases, the treatment group gives the apply cointment Tazi of the Chinese medicine treatment, the control group gives the TDP (specialized electromagnetic wave) therapeutic apparatus the radiation therapy. And put a grade for the on admission and the clinical symptoms of after treatment , which separately according to“Chinese herbal medicine clinical research guiding principle”standard. the income data will be statistical analysed by spssl2. 0 statistical software and impersonal appraise the two therapy method of clinical therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%, and the control effective rate of the treatment group is 76.67%. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect is remarkable for the knee osteoarthritis of the Chinese medicine Tazi treatment, worth clinical extending. Confirmed the effectiveness of the Chinese medicine Tazi treatment and broadened the ideas of the knee osteoarthritis treatment, for developing the high curative effect, high quality, high standard treatments and drug therapy laid a foundation.更多还原
