无线传感器网络在焊机群控中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着无线传感器网络技术的快速发展,其应用领域越来越广泛,无线传感器网络应用于工业监视和控制的优势日趋明显。无线传感器网络中,链路的稳定性难以保证,通信信道质量比较低,拓扑变化比较频繁。如何提高通信的可靠性是无线传感器网络的重要研究内容,也是无线传感器网络应用于工业监控的关键问题。本文研究了无线传感器网络协议的可靠性改进并在此基础上实现焊机无线群控系统的开发。主要内容包括焊机无线群控系统的硬件设计、基于无线传感器网络的焊机群控系统的软件设计以及无线传感器网络协议的可靠性改进和应用程序的可靠性设计研究,实现了高可靠性的焊机无线群控系统。本文首先介绍了焊机无线群控系统的硬件设计。系统硬件包括无线节点和无线基站,无线基站电路是无线节点的一个子集。硬件电路包括核心模块、电源模块、无线通信模块、串口通信模块和指示设置模块。硬件电路是整个系统功能和性能的基础,其设计是否合理对节点乃至整个系统的可靠性有很大的影响,因此需要从芯片选型、外围电路设计和PCB设计等多个方面综合考虑。然后,进行了焊机无线群控系统的软件设计。焊机无线群控系统的基站和节点的嵌入式软件是在无线传感器网络协议PS-WSN的基础上开发的,在简要介绍了网络协议提供给应用层的配置文件和接口函数后,以流程图形式给出了焊机无线群控系统的基站和节点的应用程序设计。最后,详细介绍了无线传感器网络协议的可靠性改进研究与实现及应用程序中提高可靠性的方法。协议的改进主要包括通过增加路由重发机制和路由队列来提高单跳传输可靠性、通过改进邻居发现机制和父节点选举机制来加快网络的组网和自修复、通过加入路由和终端分开的机制及固定父节点选举机制使网络可以在不同应用环境下方便进行人为优化配置。实验证明,改进后的无线传感器网络协议可靠性有了很大提高,可以满足焊机监控的要求。应用程序中通过减小网络负载和串口负载提高上行数据的可靠性,使用三重ACK机制确保下行数据的可靠性,采用HDLC协议加强串口的容错性,利用看门狗技术保证系统的稳定性。焊机无线群控系统已经成功通过了工业现场的长时间考验,性能稳定可靠。本文改进了无线传感器网络路由协议的可靠性机制,有效提高了无线传感器网络的可靠性,拓宽了无线传感器网络的应用领域,增强了无线传感器网络的实用性;设计实现了基于无线传感器网络协议的焊机群控系统,该系统大大降低了成本,增加了安装灵活性,减少了故障率,具有广阔的市场前景。目前,焊机无线群控系统正在进入市场推广阶段。

【Abstract】 As the wireless sensor network technology’s rapid development, more and more extensive applications, wireless sensor networks for industrial monitoring have become increasingly evident advantages. Wireless sensor networks, is difficult to guarantee the stability of the link, the communication channel quality is relatively low, more frequent topology changes. How to improve the reliability of communication is important in wireless sensor networks research and also is a key issue for industrial monitoring.This paper is to study the wireless sensor network protocols to improve reliability and on that basis to achieve welder wireless group control system development.The main contents of this paper consist of welder wireless group control system hardware design and reliability improvement research of wireless sensor network protocols and welder group control system applications design based on wireless sensor networks, to achieve the high reliability of the welder wireless group control system.The first part of the paper is dedicated to an introduction to the hardware design of the welder wireless group control system. Hardware includes wireless nodes and wireless base stations, and wireless base stations circuit is a subset of the wireless nodes. Hardware includes the core module, power supply module, wireless communication module, serial communication module and the indicator and setting module. Hardware is the whole basis of the system functionality and performance, and the design is reasonable for the reliability of the nodes and the system have a great impact. So we should consider from chip selection, the external circuit design, PCB design and other aspects.Then, the author designs the welder wireless group control system application. The Software design of welder wireless group control system bases on PS-WSN.The application design of wireless base station and nodes in welder wireless group control system is introduced mainly in the form of flow chart.Finally, the author researches and implements the reliability improvement of wireless sensor network protocols and introduces the methods to improve reliability of the application in detail. Protocol improvement focuses on the routing layer protocols, including retransmission and the routing queue to improve the reliability of single-hop transmission, by improving neighbor discovery and parent selection mechanism to accelerate network building and self-healing, by adding terminal mechanism and fixed the parent selection to facilitate optimal allocation in different environment. Experiments show that the improved reliability of wireless sensor network protocol has been greatly improved to meet the requirements of welder control. There are four measures to improve reliability:by reducing the network load and serial port load increase the reliability of the uplink data, the use of triple-ACK mechanism to ensure the reliability of the downlink data, using HDLC protocol to enhance fault tolerance of the serial port, and using watchdog to ensure system stability. Welder wireless group control system has successfully passed the test of the industrial scene for a long time, and has stable and reliable performance.The improved wireless sensor network routing protocol reliability mechanism improves the reliability of wireless sensor networks effectively, expands the application field of wireless sensor networks, and enhances the practicality of wireless sensor networks. The paper designs and implements the welder group control system based on wireless sensor network protocols, which greatly reduces costs, increases installation flexibility and reduces the failure rate, and has broad market prospects. Now, welder wireless group control system is entering the marketing phase.
