Y25转向架制作关键技术与质量控制研究

【摘要】 Y25型转向架是采用整体式焊接构架和一系悬挂的铁路货车转向架,具有重量轻、柔性好的特点,性能理想,国际铁路联盟UIC将其确定为欧洲铁路的标准货车转向架,其运行速度为120km/h。我公司通过引进Y25型转向架的技术,进行了产品试制及欧洲的生产资质认证。Y25型转向架产品试制成功填补了国内铁路货车生产行业向欧洲出口转向架的空白,实现历史性的突破,并能产生巨大的经济效益。本课题重点对Y25型转向架零部件弯曲工艺、模具设计及构架整体涂装工艺进行了分析研究。研究内容主要包括Y25型转向架原材料要求、选材准则、国内外构架材质的比较、所选用材料的性能分析研究;Y25型转向架构架零件弯曲回弹的理论分析、控制回弹方法、弯曲件展开长度的计算、压吨力的计算、提出弯曲模具结构;转向架腐蚀原因分析、腐蚀解决措施、涂装工艺要求及流程、涂装设备、固化工艺选择等研究。同时还对热切割、轮对压装、探伤等工艺进行了简单介绍,并提出了对Y25型转向架产品的质量控制系统方案。本文所完成的Y25型转向架弯曲件制造相关的理论分析、所进行的相关工艺参数和所设计弯曲模具已在小批量生产中进行了验证。该课题的研究丰富了Y25型转向架弯曲件制作和转向架涂装工艺的内容和理论,有一定的学术价值,对生产实践有较大的指导作用,为从事铁路货车焊接转向架生产与质量控制的人员提供了借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 Y25 bogie frame is welded by the integral and a suspension of the freight train, light weight, flexible and good, performance good, the International Union of Railways UIC to determine the standards for the European railway freight car bogie, its speed to 120km/h. The company has introduced technology Y25 bogie, product trial and the production of European qualification. Y25 Bogie products can fill the successful trial production sector railway wagon bogie exports to the European gap, to achieve a historic breakthrough, and can generate huge economic benefits.This subject focuses on the Y25 bogie components and die bending process of design and architecture as a whole painting process were analyzed. Meanwhile, thermal cutting, wheel on the pressure equipment, testing and other techniques were brief, and made the quality of the Y25 bogie control system program. Y25 bogie research include raw material requirements, selection criteria, comparison of domestic and international framework material, the choice of materials, performance analysis; Y25 bogie frame part theoretical analysis of spring-back control the rebound method, expand the length of the bending parts calculations, presented the mold structure, bogie Corrosion Research, coating effects, anti-corrosion coating development trend of the bogie, bogie anti-corrosion coating process design, including pre-coating technology and equipment, anti-corrosion coating selection, coating deposition process and equipment, selection of curing process; Y25 bogie thermal cutting, wheel on the pressure equipment, testing and other technical design, proposed quality control system solutions Y25 bogie.Y25 bogie completed this bending parts manufacturing related theoretical analysis, carried out by the relevant process parameters and the design of the mold has been validated in small batch production. Enrich the research projects produced and bending parts Y25 bogie bogies the content of corrosion processes and theory, have some academic value, the production of a greater role in guiding practice, in order to engage in railway freight bogie welding quality control of production and provide a useful reference.
