冷焊技术在发动机机体再制造中的应用研究

【摘要】 过去十年飞速增长的汽车保有量,给人们带来方便的同时也面临大规模报废的困扰。同时,国内工程机械总量已趋于饱和,并逐步进入大规模报废阶段。对发动机的处理是废弃汽车和工程机械处理的核心,以前对报废发动机的主要处理方式是回收原材料,这种回收方式对于废弃发动机的价值来说是微不足道的,且回收发动机原材料的同时会造成能源、资源的浪费和环境的污染。目前,对报废发动机的处理方式已逐步由回收原材料向再制造方式转变,通过再制造实现节约资源、能源和环境保护的目的。传统再制造修复方法包括机加工修理法、热焊修、胶粘等,新型再制造修复技术包括热喷涂技术、热喷焊技术、等离子喷涂技术、电弧喷涂技术、爆炸喷涂技术、冷焊技术和电刷镀修复技术等。目前,再制造生产中普遍使用的修复技术有机加工修理法、电刷镀修复技术和焊修技术。冷焊修复技术是再制造企业广泛使用的修复方法,国内外关于发动机机体再制造冷焊修复技术的研究主要集中在电火花堆焊修复技术和微脉冲电阻焊技术方面,还未开展仿激光焊接技术的研究。本文研究与生产实践相结合,深入研究再制造企业广泛使用的仿激光焊接技术。首先,调研发动机机体的主要失效形式及失效原因;然后,设计三因素三水平正交试验;之后,评价仿激光焊接技术焊接质量,包括宏观焊接缺陷多少、焊接区域扩散程度及焊接区域色泽;最后,研究冷焊工艺参数对焊接硬度的影响,包括焊接区域硬度变化规律、热影响区域硬度均值、热影响区域宽度、焊缝区域硬度均值。

【Abstract】 The rapid increase of vehicle over the past decade, not only brings convenience, but also a big problem of vehicle liquidation. Meanwhile, total amount of domestic engineering machinery becomes saturated, and engineering machinery has gradually entered the large-scale retirement stage at home. The treatment of engine is the core of the treatment of discarded cars and engineering machinery. The main treatment of discarded engine is to recycle raw materials before, the method for the scrap engine is negligible for the value of discarded engine, furthermore, it will cause the waste of energy, resources and environmental pollution. Currently, the treatment of discarded engine has gradually changed from the raw materials to remanufacturing to save resources, energy and protect the environment.Traditional remanufacturing repair methods consist of machining repair methods, hot weld methods, caking methods, etc. New remanufacturing repair technology consist of hot spraying technology, Thermal spray welding technology, plasma spraying technology, arc spraying technology, explosion spraying technology, cold welding technology, electrobruch plating repair technology, etc. At present, machining repair methods, electrobruch plating repair technology, cold welding technology is widely used in remanufacturing production. Cold welding technology is widely used in remanufacturing enterprises, the research of cold welding technology in remanufacturing engine block mainly focus on spark welding repair technology and Micro pulse resistance welding technology at home and abroad, imitation laser welding technology has not been carried out.The research of this paper couples with production practice, it intensivly study imitation laser welding technology widely used in remanufacturing enterprises. First, investigate the main failure mode of engine block and the cause. Next, design orthogonal tests (three factors and three level). Later on. evaluate the welding quality of imitation laser welding technology, include macroscopic weld defects, diffusion degree of weld area, color of weld area. Finally, research the impact of cold welding technological parameter on weld hardness, include changing regularity of hardness in weld area, average hardness of heat-affected zone, the width of heat-affected zone, average hardness of welding joint.
