潍坊移动星级班组管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 班组是潍坊移动的细胞,是潍坊移动各项工作的落脚点,班组工作是潍坊移动的基础工作,加强潍坊移动班组建设,对落实党的方针政策,搞好潍坊移动班组科学管理,增强潍坊移动活力,建设有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的潍坊移动,保证潍坊移动各项任务的完成,推动潍坊移动升级,有十分重要的意义。为了加强和规范潍坊移动班组建设与管理,提升潍坊移动班组长素质与管理水平,建设适应新形势、新要求的潍坊移动班组,促进星级班组管理的科学化、规范化和精细化,夯实潍坊移动基层班组管理基础,保证各项工作在班组中得到扎实有效开展,本文根据潍坊移动的实际情况实际着力构建制定潍坊移动星级班组管理系统。文中的主要工作是对潍坊移动星级班组管理系统进行了系统分析,并基于系统分析提出了星级班组管理系统总体业务要完成的目标。基于系统设计目标和企业的实际情况,提出星级班组管理系统应具有高度的统一性和扩展性的设计原则。给出了系统的总体设计,以及主要的功能模块的详细设计。在详细分析系统各个功能模块的基础上,阐述了怎样从高效、实用的角度出发进行系统的分析与设计,并且论述了为何选用相关技术的原因,以使系统具有可伸缩性、可操作性和更好的性能的问题。在系统设计的基础上,对系统进行了开发,已经完成了整个系统。本文重点介绍对绩效、星级、奖励管理以及相关考核办法管理等主要功能模块的数据库设计,实现代码和交互界面。星级班组管理系统是围绕“星级班组”的管理系统,主要内容包括班组绩效、班组星级、班组奖励、学习交流和我的地盘等几大部分。不仅具有一般的人事管理的功能,更突出了班组管理的功能。系统应用后,使得业务流程简化,操作简单,处理数据实现自动化,基本不需要专门人员维护。通过应用本系统,星级班组管理实现一体化,管理者能够对班组考核情况,奖励状况,做到了如指掌;大量重复烦琐工作均由系统自动完成,大大降低使用人员的工作量。帮助企业管理者及时了解各部门的业务细节,发现存在的问题,避免库存积压,做到快速的市场反应。

【Abstract】 Team plays like locomotive cell, which is the foothold of every work in Wei fang. Team work is Wei fang’s locomotive fundamental work. To strengthen Weifang’s team construction has fundamental significance in carrying out the Party’s principles and policies, doing well on wei fang’s locomotive team’s scientific management, enhancing wei fang’s locomotive vitality energy, building wei fang’s locomotive with lofty ideals, integrity, knowledge and a strong sense of discipline, to guarantee wei fang’s locomotive fulfill every task and promote Wei’s locomotive to go up, it has vital significance. In order to strengthen wei fang’s locomotive team construction and management, to promote wei fang’s locomotive team leader’s quality and managing level in constructing wei fang’s locomotive team which suited to the new situation and new requirements, Promote star team management scientifically, standardized and refinement, solidify wei fang’s mobile grassroots team managing foundation, ensure each work got solid effectively in the team, this paper, according to the actual situation of wei fang mobile to construct and formulate wei fang mobile star team management systemThis paper’s main job is to analyze wei fang mobile star team’s management system systematically, basing on the systematic analysis, we have put forward the goal which the star team management system overall business have to complete. Basing on systematic design goal and enterprise’s actual condition, we have put forward that the star team management system should have high unity and expansibility. It’s an important design principle. We have given systematic overall design and the detailed design of main function modules, after detailed analysis of the system on the basic modules, it has expounded how to analyze and design efficiently and practically, and discussed the reason why we had chosen related technologies, in that way, we can make the systems have scalability and maneuverability, thus it will perform better.On the basis of the systematic design, we have developed the system and completed the whole system. This passage mainly introduces the main function of module database design on performance, star, rewarding management and relevant examination methods management to realize code and interface. Star team management system points to"star team" management system, it’s main content includes team performance, shift star, team award, learning exchanges and my site which are the several sections. It not only has the function of the personnel management commonly, but also outstanding team management functions much more.After the System applied, it has made the business process simplified, operated easily, processed the data automatically, which doesn’t need special persons to uphold. Through applying the system, the star team management has been integrated, managers can control and know all of the rewards, accomplishes; A lot of repetitions were finished by system automatically, and greatly reduce the workload, helping enterprise’s managers to understand departments business details promptly, discover the existing problems and avoid inventory, thus making quick response to the market.
