【摘要】 目的：在西医治疗SAP的基础上加用清胰栓,观察清胰栓治疗SAP的疗效,客观评价清胰栓在阻止SAP病情发展及并发症发生中的作用。方法：根据中华外科学会胰腺学组SAP诊断标准,从黑龙江中医药大学附属一院2008年10月至2011年4月收治的急性胰腺炎患者中筛选出符合标准的病例60例,分成治疗组和对照组,进行临床研究。对照组患者采用西医治疗；治疗组患者(清胰栓治疗组)在西医治疗基础上加用清胰栓进行治疗。观察两组患者腹部的症状和体征及血尿淀粉酶的变化,以及手术中转率,并发症发生率,治愈率,有效率等。结果：1、治疗组无论从腹部症状、体征,还是血尿淀粉酶均要比对照组恢复的早(P<0.05)。2、治疗组在急性期手术中转率要好于对照组,并发症的发生及器官衰竭明显比对照组少(P<0.05)。3、治疗组的治愈率和有效率要比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：1、清胰栓治疗重症急性胰腺炎可明显减少SAP患者的死亡率、手术率、胰周感染率、并发症的发生率2、清胰栓治疗重症急性胰腺炎有效,特别在恢复肠蠕动、保护肠粘膜、减少肠道细菌感染和毒素方面、改善胰腺血液循环等起到明显的作用。3、清胰栓给药途径方便、安全、有效,用法简单,可多次给药,便于携带和储存,尚未发现清胰栓不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In Western medicine treatment of SAP, based on the use Qingyi suppository, Qingyi suppository observed the efficacy of treatment of SAP, objective evaluation of SAP Qingyi tied to prevent disease development and the role of complications.Methods:Pancreatic Surgery Society Study Group diagnostic criteria for SAP, from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital from October 2008 to April 2011 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the standard cases screened 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, clinical study. Qing Yi suppository in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis the mortality rate of SAP, surgical rates, pancreatic infection, the incidence of complications can be significantly reduced.2.Qing Yi effective suppository in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, in particular the resumption of bowel movements, protecting intestinal mucosa, reduction of intestinal bacterial infections and toxins, improve blood circulation and other pancreatic played a significant role.3.Route of administration of Qingyi suppository convenient, safe, effective, use of simple, multiple dose, easy to carry and store, have not found adverse effects of Qingyi bolt.更多还原
