【摘要】 目的：观察解毒止痛汤治疗肝经郁热型老年带状疱疹患者的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合病例选择标准的患者,采用随机数字表法均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予解毒止痛汤,早晚各150ml,口服。对照组予泛昔洛韦片,每次250mg,日3次,口服。同时两组患者均外敷阿昔洛韦软膏(早)、三黄散(晚)。从综合疗效和疼痛疗效,病程长短,后遗神经痛发病率,用药安全性四个方面观察患者、记录结果,并对所有数据进行统计学分析。结果：治疗前后,治疗组与对照组组内比较均有显著差异。在综合疗效方面,两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；在疼痛疗效方面,两组间比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。病程方面：在止疱时间、结痂时间上,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)；在止痛时间、创面完全愈合时间上,两组间比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。在后遗神经痛发病率方面,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。在用药安全性方面,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：通过基础理论研究及临床疗效观察,得以证明：解毒止痛汤治疗肝经郁热型老年带状疱疹患者,可取得较好的临床疗效。该方在减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,进一步指导临床方面有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficiency on Jie Du Zhi Tong soup in treating herpes zoster in aged person of stagnated heat in the liver.Methods:80 cases in such research were researched and divided into the treatment group and control group randomly and averagely.The treatment group will be given Jie Du Zhi Tong soup,every time 150ml,b.i.d,oral.The control group would be given famciclovir tablets, every time 250mg,t.i.d, oral. While both groups were treated with aciclovir ointment and three yellow powder external applying.Observed patients from comprehensive effect,pain curative effect, course of disease,incidence of PHN, the side effect and recorded results separately,then analysed all data with statistics.Results:The two groups have significant difference in intraclass compa rison.For comprehensive effect,it has no obvious difference in comparison among groups(P>0.05).For pain curative effect,the treatment group was obviously better than control group (P<0.01). For course of disease, The treatment group was better than control group in stop-blister time and scabbed-over time(P<0.05),but it was obviously better than control group in analgesic time and wound to heal fully time (P<0.01).The treatment group was lower than control group in the incidence of PHN(P<0.05),and for the safety evaluation,it was better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The results prove that it has better clinical curative effect on useing Jie Du Zhi Tong soup to treat herpes zoster in aged patient of stagnated heat in the liver,which reflected in comprehensive effect, pain curative effect, course of disease, incidence of PHN and safety evaluation. So Jie Du Zhi Tong soup can improve the quality of life of the patients and have further instructive on guiding clinical medication.更多还原
