参麦注射液防治血液透析患者低血压的临床观察

【摘要】 目的：观察参麦注射液治疗血液透析患者低血压的临床疗效,为血液透析患者低血压的中医药治疗提供临床依据。方法：选取血液透析低血压患者60例,分为治疗组(参麦注射液组)、对照组(盐酸米多君组),每组患者各30例,均给予常规血液透析,观察两组患者主要临床症状的改善情况以及血压、心率、生化指标、中医证候积分的变化并对总体疗效进行分析结果：(1)治疗组透析中最低血压和透析后血压均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组患者心率低于对照组,(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论：参麦注射液可改善血液透析患者低血压的临床症状,降低血液透析低血压的风险,提高患者的透析质量,值得临床进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the treatment of Shen Mai injection hypotension in hemodialysis patients with theclinicalefficacy, as hypotension in hemodialysis patients treated in Chinese medicine to provide clinical basis.Methods:60 patients with hemodialysis hypotension, divided into treatment group (Shen Mai injection group), the control group (control, communications, group),30 cases of patients in each group were given conventional hemodialysis patients were the main clinical observation improvement of symptoms and blood pressure, heart rate, biochemical, TCM syndrome score and the overall effect of the change analysis.Results:(1) in the treatment group most dialysis hypotension and blood pressure were higher after dialysis, (P<0.05).(2) heart rate is lower than in patients treated with the control group, (P<0.05).(3) in the treatment group was significantly higher clinical total effective rate, (P<0.05).Conclusions:Shenmai injection hypotension in hemodialysis patients can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the risk of hemodialysis hypotension and improve the quality of dialysis patients, is worthy of further study.
