【摘要】 目的：观察凉血五花汤加减治疗风热型玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取符合试验纳入标准,就诊于黑龙江省中医药大学附属第一医院皮肤科门诊的玫瑰糠疹风热型患者80例,随机分为治疗组、对照组；治疗组40例,予凉血五花汤加减治疗；对照组40例,采用依巴斯汀片口服。以患者皮损数量、红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒、浸润情况为观察指标,每周观察1次,连续观察2周,记录患者治疗前、中、后的皮损变化及不良反应,判定临床疗效。结果：经治疗,两组症状均有了明显的改善：治疗1周后,治疗组与对照组在症状积分及有效指数上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在显效率与总有效率上无显著性差异(P>0.05)；治疗2周后,治疗组、对照组在症状积分、有效指数、显效率上的差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各指标单项比较,红斑、浸润情况的改善上治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而在瘙痒、鳞屑改善情况上,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：凉血五花汤加减方能有效改善临床症状,明显缩短玫瑰糠疹的病程,疗效优于依巴斯汀；凉血五花汤加减是治疗风热型玫瑰糠疹的安全有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficay powder of Liangxue Wuhua Fang side on treating Pityriasis rosea.Methods:Selected 80 cases of Pityriasis Rosea from dermatology clinic of Heilongjiang University of tranditional Chinese Medicine hospital patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. 40 cases in treatment group, oral Liangxue Wuhua Fang twice a day. The control group by 40 cases, oral Ebstine tablets. PRSS points used before and after the skin lesions of patients with treatment changes.And recorded any adverse reaction.Results:after treatment, two groups of symptoms were all got obvious improvement,Liangxue Wuhua Fang in treatment group is superior to the control group with in improving the treatment group at PRSS points,the efficiency,safety and timeliness.According to the PRSS points of the two groups,the differeces was significant(P<0.05). The change of erythema and infiltration between the two group is obvious,and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).But the change of squames and itching is not efficient(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effects of Liangxue Wuhua Fang side to the treatment of pityriasis Rosea is better than Ebstine.It has good effect on treating of Erythema Squames disease and worth clinical promoption.更多还原
