【摘要】 目的：1.观察温和灸治疗高脂血症的疗效2.观察不同灸感对于高脂血症治疗的差异。方法：将门诊收集的符合纳入标准的64例患者按照灸感量化表分为强烈灸感组、中等灸感组,微弱灸感组,用清艾条温和灸神阙穴和双侧足三里穴(每穴15分钟),隔日一次,每周治疗3次,连续治疗12周,观察高脂血症患者治疗前后血脂实验室指标变化。结果：1.治疗前与治疗后,TC含量的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),TG的含量的差异有显著性意义(P=0.001),而HDL-C,LDL-C的含量的差异没有显著性意义；2.治疗前后对比,TC的含量改变在强烈灸感组有显著性意义(P<0.05),而中等灸感及微弱灸感组含量的差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)；3.治疗前后对比,TG的含量的差异有显著性意义(P<().05),且强烈灸感组的治愈率与微弱灸感组都强于中等灸感组；4.治疗3个月后三组的HDL-C与LDL-C的数值改变,且整体都可以看出灸后指标的优化趋势,含量的差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)结论：1.温和灸在不同个体呈现的不同灸感,与临床疗效有一定的相关性。2.灸感强烈的高脂血症病人的总体疗效较好。3.温和灸对于降低过高的TG有明显的效果。灸感强烈者最好,灸感微弱者其次。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:1. Observe mild moxibustion therapy hyperlipidemia efficacy 2. Observe different moxibustion feeling for treatment of hyperlipemia differences.Methods:We choose 64 volunteer patients, they are accordance to the Moxibustion feeling quantification table divided into three groups (Strong moxibustion feeling group, Medium moxibustion feeling group, Weak moxibustion feeling group). They all have Mild moxibustion on RN8 and ST36 (each acupoint moxibustion treatment 15 minutes), tertian, weekly treatment three times,12 weeks, continuous treatment, observe hyperlipidemia patient blood lipid laboratory indexes variation before and after treatment. Results:1.Before treatment and after three months treatment, TC total average statistically significant differences (P<0.05),TG total average statistically significant differences (P<0.001),but HDL-C.LDL-C quantitative value change doesn’t have statistically significant differences; 2. Comparison of before treatment and after 3months treatment, TC quantitative value change in strong moxibustion feeling group have statistically significant differences, but in medium moxibustion feeling group and weak moxibustion feeling group doesn’t have statistically significant differences (P>0.05); 3. Comparison of before treatment and after 3months treatment, TC has a statistically significant change in the value (P<0.05), and strong sense moxibustion group and a weak sense of group, the cure rate is stronger than a sense of middle-moxibustion group; 4. After 3 months of treatment the three groups of HDL-C and LDL-C value changed, and the overall index can be seen that after optimization of moxibustion trend, but values are not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. mild moxibustion different in different individuals show a sense of moxibustion, and clinical efficacy has some relevance.2. moxibustion strong sense of the overall effect of hyperlipidemia patients better.3. mild moxibustion in reducing the high TG had a significant effect.
