【摘要】 产业集聚区是产业集聚的空间形态,实现产业集聚、人口集聚、推进城镇化进程的有效途径。产业的集聚,有利于基础设施实现共享,从而带来规模经济效益。科学发展产业集聚区是当前区域发展背景下适应产业转移,拉动内需,实现推进工业化、城镇化快速健康的一项重要措施。当代中国正处在城镇化进程不断加剧、城市产业结构不断转型的历史时期。产业集聚区在城市空间结构重组中发挥的作用越来越大。那么如何在有限的价值空间里布置好产业空间的发展,如何创造和谐的产城空间关系,如何实现人与自然的和谐共生,如何优化产业空间,以促进城市经济的发展,这一系列的问题亟待我们去解决。产业集聚空间作为现代城镇体系、现代产业体系和自主创新体系的载体,是产业和城市发展重要的空间布局形式,对产业集聚区的空间发展模式的研究对促进城市的健康发展,完善城市空间体系有着重要的意义。鉴于此,笔者将产业集聚区空间发展研究作为主题,在对产业集聚区空间发展现状问题分析的基础上,提出将“产城融合”作为集聚区空间发展的核心理念,并通过产城融合评价体系的建立,对产城融合度进行定量分析,充分利用各个空间融合因子的不同作用,以期对不同空间类型的产业集聚区提出不同的空间发展模式,从而达到产城空间融合、和谐健康发展的目的。本论文共分为七个章节：第一章主要介绍研究背景、研究对象及相关概念的界定,提出研究方法和研究框架；第二章重点分析我国产业集聚区现状问题及研究盲点；第三章重点是“产城融合”概念的提出,并对影响产城融合的因素进行详细分析,提出不同空间类型下的产业集聚区空间发展模式;第四章在以上研究的基础上,进行量化分析,旨在产城融合度综合评价体系的建立,通过评价体系的相关量化指标对产城空间问题进一步进行解析；第五章以商水县产业集聚区为例,重点说明产城融合思想及产城融合度综合评价体系在规划设计中的运用；最后,第六章对本论文的主要结论及创新点进行回顾总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry cluster in the space industry, space is concentrated on the phenomenon, is to achieve industrial agglomeration, the concentration of population, urbanization and effective way. In the same space, industrial clustering infrastructure sharing can bring economies of scale. Concentration area of scientific development is to adapt to the current context of regional development, industrial transfer, stimulating domestic demand, promote the industrialization and urbanization, rapid and healthy is an important measure.Contemporary China is growing in the process of urbanization, urban industrial structure transformation of the historical period. Cities in the concentration of population, urbanization play a role in the process of growing. So how the value of the limited space in the layout of the development of good industrial space, how to create a harmonious relationship between city space capacity, how to achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature, the future economic structure of Chinese cities and industrial space model should look like this range of issues is urgently put in front of us. Industrial clustering space as the modern urban system, the modern industrial system and independent innovation system of the carrier, is an important industry and the spatial layout of urban development in the form of industrial clustering patterns of spatial development to promote the healthy development of the city, improve the urban space system of great significance.In view of this, I will be the development of industrial agglomeration area of space research as a theme in the Spatial Development of Industrial Cluster Based on the analysis of current problems, suggested that "integration capacity City" as a concentrated area of space development of the core concept and evaluation through the integration of production City Establishment, on the production of the city converged degree of quantitative analysis, full use of various spatial integration factor of the different roles to different spatial types of industrial clustering to present different spatial development patterns, so as to achieve production city spatial integration, harmony and healthy development purposes.The paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter introduces the background, the definition of the object and related concepts, the proposed study methods and frameworks; second chapter analyzes the current problems of industrial clustering and research blind spot; third chapter focuses on "Production City Fusion" concept put forward, and the integration of production factors in the city to conduct a detailed analysis of the different type of space proposed concentration area under the spatial development pattern;Ⅳon the basis of the above study, quantitative analysis, to Comprehensive Evaluation of the integration of production system of the city’s establishment, through the evaluation system on the production of relevant quantitative indicators of the city space for further analysis; fifth chapter Shangshui industrial clustering, for example, highlights the City of fusion theory and the production yield confluent City comprehensive evaluation system used in the planning and design; Finally, Chapter VI the main conclusions of this paper were reviewed and summarized innovation.更多还原
