面向设备诊断的点检系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着以设备故障诊断技术为基础的设备管理思想从大型设备逐渐应用到中小型设备的管理中,针对大量而分散的非关键设备,面向设备诊断的点检系统将成为设备管理的主力。本课题结合企业的网络和数据库系统平台,构建网络化的点检系统平台。在分析国内外点检终端仪器的开发基础上,设计了集便携式数据采集以及故障诊断、巡检管理等功能于一体的点检终端。该便携式的点检终端以高性能的ARM芯片为硬件平台,并采用嵌入式linux操作系统作为软件运行和开发平台。课题主要完成了以下几个方面的工作:(?)点检系统构建。分析点检系统功能要求,构建了一种以设备诊断为核心的网络化点检系统,介绍了系统的整体框架和工作流程。(?)点检终端硬件平台的设计。对点检终端进行功能分析和整体规划,并进行整体的硬件结构设计。以高性能ARM片上系统为中心构建各功能模块,重点设计了人机交互模块(LCD、触摸屏)、电源管理模块以及通信模块。(?)点检终端的软件系统构建。软件系统主要包括嵌入式linux内核、各外围设备的驱动程序以及基于GUI系统的应用程序。(?)将射频识别技术应用到基于ARM和嵌入式linux系统的点检终端中,完成了EM4905与ARM芯片的接口电路设计,编写了射频识别的驱动程序。(?)数据采集模块的开发和研究。重点设计了点检系统的振动数据采集模块以及红外温度测量单元。分析数据采集模块的工作原理,编写了数据采集模块的驱动程序,采用多线程技术开发了数据采集模块的应用程序。

【Abstract】 With the development of equipment management theory based on fault diagnosis technology, it has gradually applied to the equipment management from large-scale to the small equipment.Therefore, the spot-inspection system towards equipment fault diagnosis will play a major role in the management of many dispersed non-critical equipment. Based on enterprises’s network and database platform,A network-based platform for spot inspection system was build. By check the devlopment of spot-inspection instrument at home and abroad,we designed the instrument which had the function of portable data acquisition,fault diagnosis and equipment management.The spot-inspection instrument used the high-performance ARM chip as the instrument’s hardware platform,and embedded linx operating system as its software platform.This paper contains mainly of the following:(?) The system function is analyzed. a network-based equipment spot inspection System.And the overall framework of the system and its work flow was described.(?) The terminal instrument for spot inspection is Based on ARM and embedded linux, The spot inspection instrument platform is build.The instrument’s hardware and software is designed.Hardware modules are designed based on ARM-Based System on chip, focus on the System storage module, human-computer interaction (LCD display, touch screen and keyboard),power management and the USB comunication interpace.(?) The software system of the spot-inspection instrument was Constructed.The software system includes an embedded linux kernel, the peripheral device drivers, and GUI-based application.(?) The instrument takes Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) technology into use. In this paper, RFID System which based on EM4905 reader is developed including the interface circuit and the hardware drivers.(?) Data acquisition module of the instrument was devsigned and researched. Mainly about the vibration data acquisition module and the infrared temperature measurement. Based on the analysis of the data acquisition module’s work principle, the module’s drivers and the applications based on the multi-threading technology were developed
