基于ArcEngine的城市污水管网地理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市污水管网也进行着大规模的扩建和改造,进而对其运行效果和管理水平提出了更高的要求。然而,目前我国绝大多数城市还是采用人工管理的方式来管理城市污水管网信息,其弊端显而易见。地理信息系统具有很强的数据处理、分析和管理的功能,是提高城市污水管网管理水平的有效技术手段。作为一种高新技术,城市污水管网地理信息系统将计算机图形学和数据库技术融于一体,实现了污水管网相关设施的属性信息和空间信息的有机结合,并且根据用户的需要,准确、直观、图文并茂地显示输出给用户,以满足市政部门对污水管网系统运行和信息查询的要求。本文的主要研究内容是城市污水管网地理信息系统的分析、设计以及实现。以污水管网日常管理的需要为出发点,结合地理信息系统的功能特点,通过调查研究,对城市污水管网地理信息系统进行需求分析,然后设计出系统的总体结构,提出系统的设计原则,进而提出系统应采取的开发方式。在此基础之上,论文对系统的管理对象以及数据的分类、组织和管理进行了研究,提出数据的分图层方案,以及数据组织的编码方法。在系统功能设计方面,根据实际工作需要,提出了各项功能设计。本文以原阳县主城区的污水管网为基础数据,选用组件式地理信息系统软件-——ArcEngine结合可视化编程语言C#.Net设计实现了城市污水管网地理信息系统,使其具有数据格式转化、图形管理、数据查询分析以及辅助计算等功能,探讨了有关城市污水管网地理信息系统的设计和实现方法。

【Abstract】 As cities in our country develop rapidly, the urban sewage pipe network begin to expand rapidly and reconstruct in large scale, which requires better operation and management. However, manual management is adopted currently in most of the cities in China to manage information of city sewage pipe network, and it has obvious disadvantages. And GIS (Geographical Information System) has superior functions of data processing, analyzing and managing, and it is an effective technology to improve management of city sewage pipe network.Urban sewage pipe network GIS is a new technology integrating computer graphics and data to store and process spatial information. It combines attribute information and spatial information of facilities related to sewage pipe network, then display and output to the user the accurate and visual information in form of images and texts according to user’s necessity, therefore, to meet requirements of municipal departments on operation and information inquiry of sewage system.Based on necessity of daily management of sewage pipe network and functional characteristics of GIS, this thesis studies on mainly the analysis and design of urban sewage pipe network GIS, does demand analysis of urban sewage pipe network GIS and comes up with functions meeting demands and design principle, finally brings forward development method which should be adopted for the system. Thus, this thesis studies objects to be managed by the system, classification, organization and management of data, proposing plan of data by organized by layers and codes. And then design the functions of the system to meet actual demands.Urban city sewage pipe network GIS which takes sewage pipe network of Yuanyang County as basic data is established in C#.Net environment using component GIS software -ArcEngine. It has functions of data format converting, graphics managing, data inquiring and analyzing, and assisting computation. And this thesis discusses the design and realizing way of city sewage pipe network GIS.
