高压开关室SF6无线监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文详细阐述了一套基于Zigbee无线网络的高压开关室SF6和O2气体浓度在线监测系统的设计与实现方法。设计者通过对目前的SF6气体检测技术的深入研究和分析,采用高压动态微电流双联检测法检测SF6气体,提高了SF6气体检测精度和运行时效;设计采用Zigbee无线网络技术实现数据采集单元和现场监控主机之间的无线通信,解决开关室内安装、维护及扩展难度大、施工不便等问题,从而实现了开关室内SF6和O2气体浓度指标的在线监测和SF6气体浓度超限报警,并同时启动通风换气装置等功能,解决了操作、巡检工作人员在作业过程中的安全问题。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the design and implementation of online monitoring alarm system which is a set of technologies based on Zigbee network communications high-voltage switch room SF6 Gas and oxygen concentration. Designers deeply research and analyze the SF6 Gas detection technology on the current, and they use microcontroller unit technology to resolve the digital sampling and data processing; The design use double high-voltage dynamic micro-detection method to resolve SF6 Gas Sensor of low accuracy sampling and running-short and it uses reliable Zigbee networking technology to realize the wireless communication between monitoring unit and control host, and to resolve difficult problems of installation, maintenance,expansion and construction. The system realizes SF6 and O2 gas concentrations of online monitoring and gas concentration limit alarm and in high-voltage switch room, and starting the ventilation devices at the same time, thus resolving the safety of person’s life who working in high-voltage switch room.
