提高松原采气厂天然气采收率技术研究

【摘要】 本课题是紧密结合吉林油田松原采气厂登娄库组和营城组天然气的实际生产现状提出的,涉及到长岭净化站登娄库组和营城组单井及新药剂、新工艺、新措施。本文拟通过试验,药剂的室内评价与筛选、泡排施工参数研究与优化等,再根据实验数据和现场应用的反馈,对药剂加以推广应用,利用实验加技术改造的方法对机抽参数和设备进行改造,以达到提高气井采气率的目的,对长岭净化站营城组和登楼库组天然气的开发起指导作用。在对登娄库组中浅层和营城组气藏认识上,我们清醒地看到由于气井三防技术和排水采气技术对天然气采收率的影响,尤其是对登娄库组天然气气井,如何控制和预防气井的防冻、气井的防蜡、气井的防垢技术和利用排水采气对于提高气井的产量,提高采收率有着重要的意义。本课题的重要内容就是在现有的基础上通过改进采气三防工艺措施、排水采气技术,通过这些措施和改进以提高气井的采收率。研究表明在使用本研究的成果后,在分析的9口气井中产生了良好的效果,对以后登娄库组和营城组天然气的开发起到了一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 This topic is tightly integrated SongYuan jilin oilfield connect factory denglouku and camp of gas from the actual production city, involves the status quo changling purification stood denglouku and camp city group new reagents, single-well and new technology, new measures. This paper through the experiments, elixir indoor assessment and selection, bubble row construction parameters research and optimization, again according to the experimental data and the on-site application feedback, extended application of potions, using the method of experimental add technical renovation of machine smoke parameters and equipment modification to improve recovery rate, the purpose of gas purification of standing camp changling put floor library city group and the development of natural gas found play a directive role.In denglouku formation in shallow and camp in gas reservoir recognition, city group because we see clearly that the gas drainage involves three technology and the influence of technology on natural gas recovery, especially for denglouku gas Wells, how to control and prevent freezing, gas gas gas prevention wax, the inhibition technology and use of gas gas drainage to improve yield, improve recovery has important significance.This topic is the important content in the existing basis through three technological measures to improve gas extraction technology, through the recovery and drainage, these measures and gas improves to the recovery. Research shows that to use this research achievement, nine tones in analysis well produced a good effect, for future denglouku formation and development of gas from camp city rose to certain guiding significance.
