6"井眼水平井井眼轨迹控制研究

【摘要】 水平井技术于20世纪20年代提出,40年代付诸实施,80年代相继在美国、加拿大、法国等国家得到广泛工业化应用,并由此形成一股研究、应用水平井技术的高潮,石油行业对钻井技术低成本、低污染、精确轨迹、高产量的技术需求,促使水平井数量逐年增长。本文以岩石力学理论为基础,结合冀东油田实际井眼,研究了6〞井眼水平井钻具组合力学分析及造斜性能评价;水平段井眼轨迹技术;同时通过现场试验形成一套6〞井眼水平井钻井工艺技术通过理论分析、软件开发和实际试验研究:设计了能满足6〞井眼水平井钻具组合,滑动钻进与旋转钻进方式的优化,达到轨迹控制、井下安全与钻井速度的统一;明确了探油顶角度的一般方法,提出了微增斜复合钻进探油顶的新观点,形成了适合于复杂断块油藏水平井井眼轨迹控制和地质导向新理念;

【Abstract】 Horizontal well technology was made in the 1920 of the 20th century, 1940 put, 1980 have been in the United States, and Canada, and France and other countries have widespread industrial application, and thus forming a unit study, the highlight of the application of horizontal well technology, drilling technology in oil industry on low-cost, low-pollution, accurate trajectory, high yield technology needs, promoting horizontal well number increased.I study the mechanical analysis、performance of buildingangle about 6〃-wellbore combinedand well track with the ture wellbore in jidong oilfield based on mechanics theory of rock in this paper.At last,make a det drilling technology about 6〃-wellbore depend on field investigation.Designed to drilling assembly meet the 6 "hole horizontal wellwell, optimize the way of slide drilling and rotary drilling, make path control、downhole safety and drilling speed united. Confirm the general method about top of reservoir , put forward the new viewpoint to detect the top of reservoir by tiny increase inclined composite drilling,Formed suitable for complex fault block reservoir with horizontal borehole trajectory control geosteering new idea; Formed a new idea about horizontal borehole trajectory control geosteering for complex fault block reservoir.
