泡沫排水采气工艺技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着气田开发的深入,气井产量、压力逐渐降低,对于产水气井会导致其自身携液能力差,井内积液严重,这一情况成为松原采气厂气井能否正常生产、长期稳产的阻碍。本文就采用泡沫排水采气工艺技术解决气井井底积液和气井增产问题进行分析和研究。通过对各项排水采气工艺对比,首先优选泡沫排水采气工艺技术,从泡沫排水采气工艺技术机理的研究分析入手,在对气藏地质状况正确认识的基础上,在室内开展实验研究,实验研制出UT-4、UT-6、UT-11D三种适合采气厂各区块的泡排药剂。对现场五口气井进行具体应用,确定泡排井的注入方式,注入周期及加药量;对气井进行泡排后,对生产数据进行监测并记录分析,优化泡排参数,得到较好的泡排效果。本文的研究成果对产水气井能连续携液及排出井底积液有很大作用,对产水气田的长期开发也有着非常重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Along with the gas field development further, the production and pressure of gas well gradually reduced, for the gas well with water production, it would be get more and more water in wellbore, which is obstacles that SongYuan gas extraction plant can Normal, long-term and stable production. This paper analyzed and studied using foam drainage technology to solve gas well bottom-hole effusion and gas well production problems.Through comparison of various drainage gas extraction process, first selection technology of drainage gas production, Recovery from foam drainage technology mechanism analysis, in the basis of correct understanding to gas reservoir geological conditions ,Carrying out experiments in indoor. Through the experiment we found that UT - 4, UT - 6, UT - 11D is the right elixir. Application in five gas Wells to find the injection pattern, the period and the dosage of the gas well. After gas well drainage, monitor records and analysis the production data. Optimization of process arameters and get better effect.This paper’s analyzed and research has very big effect on water production Wells with liquid and continuous discharge bottom-hole effusion, also has the extremely vital significance on the long-term development of gas field.
