云南国防工业职业技术学院教师职业幸福感个案研究

【摘要】 近年来云南省的高等职业教育得到了迅猛发展,有一批中职教育院校陆续升格为高职教育院校。面对新的学校性质对教师提出的更高要求,教师工作的压力越来越大,有调查发现很大比例的教师职业幸福感匮乏。随着积极心理学的兴起,人本管理理念的弘扬,云南省新升格高职院校教师的职业幸福感越来越受到社会的关注。高职院校教师职业幸福感问题逐渐成为云南省教育学界研究的热点问题。本研究选取在云南省新升格院校中极具典型意义的云南国防工业职业技术学院教师幸福感作为研究个案,围绕新升格、行业办学、新合并这三大特征并结合国内已有的研究成果对影响教师职业幸福感的因素和现状展开分析,在全面分析的基础上验证研究假设,并对提高该个案院校的教师职业幸福感给出对策。全文在理论意义上力求能为职业幸福感的研究领域进行一定的理论补充,并为近年来高职教师的职业幸福感的研究提供个案佐证。本研究在现实意义上对云南国防职业技术学院的教师管理、教学质量和科研水平的提升,防止教师出现职业倦怠等方面具有重要实际意义。

【Abstract】 In recent years, YunNan Province’s higher vocational education obtained the rapid development. One batch of Medium vocational educational schools had been promoted into higher Vocational colleges. Facing new nature of colleges, higher requests are proposed to teachers. Following vocational teachers’works, the pressure is also getting bigger and bigger. Some investigation discovered that teachers’ profession well-being is deficient in great proportion. Along with positive psychology’s start, the idea of Humanist management bring honor too. The higher vocational college teachers’profession well-being receives more and more attention. The higher vocational college teachers’ profession well-being research also becomes the hot topic in educational world of YunNan Province.Firstly, this study will select the typical significance case which named YunNan defense industry professional technology institute in new promotion colleges to research. Secondly, this research will base three big characteristics to clarify the factors which affect teachers’profession well-being. These characteristics are new promotion> profession school、Newly merged. Thirdly, this study also will launch the analysis to the present situation in YunNan Province. Of course, study supposition will be confirmed in overall analysis foundation by the research. Finally, this research will give out some advises about how to promote teachers’ profession well-being feeling.The whole article tries to give some theory supplements in the profession well-being research area. This article also tries to provide the case which can give evidence for teacher’s profession well-being research in recent years. This study is good for promoting teacher management、quality of teaching and scientific research level for YunNan national defense professional technology institute in practical significance. It also can help this college to defense teacher’s burnout.
