高校新生隐性思想政治教育方法研究

【摘要】 隐性思想政治教育是相对于显性思想政治教育而言的。是指在高校大学生思想政治教育实施过程中,教育者将教育的意向、目的隐藏到大学生周围的生活环境和特定形式的活动中,使大学生在思想政治理论课教育以外的校园生活中不知不觉地接受教育者的思想和内容,以实现思想政治教育的目的。隐性思想政治教育方法一直长期存在于我国思想政治教育的过程之中,并发挥着作用。但是,它只是作为显性思想政治教育方法的一种有意识或者是无意识的教学补充,因而,它也一直处于附庸的地位。隐性思想政治教育方法有着其他方法所不能够取代的效用,但是,进行隐性思想政治教育需要教育主体精心设计其所要进行的教学活动,将教育的理念贯穿到其中,加以适当的引导,才能达到其最好的结果,实现受教育者由接受教育到自我教育的转变。本文以马克思主义为基本的指导原则,综合运用思想政治教育学的有关理论以及社会学、统计学、心理学等人文社会科学的相关知识,对高校新生隐性思想政治教育方法进行一些研究和探讨。本文首先对当前高校新生所接受到的思想政治教育基础进行分析,也就是高校新生在中学阶段接受到的思想政治教育的情况以及在高校适应阶段中容易出现的多种不适应的心理特点进行阐述。然后通过问卷以及个案访谈的方法,了解到当前高校运用的以显性的教育方式为主的思想政治教育方法虽然成绩明显也得到了大部分学生的认同但是仍然存在着不足。从得到的实证数据可以了解到,高校新生期望思想政治教育过程中,教师能够尽量使用启发式的语言,联系国内外实际进行教学,同时应该增加实践环节以调动学生的积极性和主动性。最后,本文研究了隐性思想政治教育方法的特点、功能,并在此基础上探索在高校新生中运用隐性思想政治教育的途径。主要通过高校全体教师运用隐形思想政治教育方法言传身授、建立学校规章制度的限制和引导、校园文化的感染作用、心理咨询以及课堂实践的再教育等方式,推进隐性思想政治教育的实施。

【Abstract】 The recessive ideological and political education is relative to the dominant ideological and political education. It refers to the ideological and political education in the implementation of the intent of education. Educators will aim to hide around the living environment and specific forms of activity, make students in ideological and political theory courses education outside the campus life unknowingly accept educators’thought and content, in order to achieve the purpose of ideological and political education. The recessive ideological and political education methods have always been hidden in the process of the ideological and political education and play a role. But, it is only as a conscious or unconscious teaching supplement to the dominant ideological and political education methods; therefore, it has been in a subservient status. The recessive ideological and political education methods have the efficacy that other methods cannot replace, but in order to achieve its best results, recessive education subject need to elaborately design the teaching activities, put the concept of education through them, give the proper guidance and realize the transformation from receive education to self education. On the basic of Marxism, the integrated use of relevant theories in the ideological and political education and sociology, statistics, psychology and such kind of related knowledge in humanities and social sciences, some recessive ideological and political education methods would be studied and discussed.In this paper, first, the ideological and political education received by the current freshmen will be analyzed, that is to say, the situation of the ideological and political education received by the freshmen in high school and in university adapting period easily appeared psychological characteristics are described. Then through the questionnaire and interview method, it comes to the conclusion that though the dominant ideological and political education method achieves obvious results and receives the identification of most students, it still has its disadvantages. We could get to know from the empirical data that in the process of ideological and political education for freshmen teachers should try their best to enlightening language, relate to the teaching both at home and abroad and meanwhile add more practice to stimulate positivity and initiative of the students. Finally, this paper introduces the characteristics of the recessive ideological and political education method, function, and on this basis probes the ways used by freshmen in the recessive ideological and political education. Mainly through the university faculty’s experience, the restriction and guidance of school rules, the spread of campus culture, counseling and class practice, reeducation and such kinds of ways, the implementation of recessive ideological and political education should be promoted.
