对外汉字教学研究

Research on Teaching Chinese Character to Speakers of Other Language

【摘要】 汉字教学作为语言要素教学之一,是对外汉语教学中最重要的,最不能忽视的环节之一。第二语言教学的目的是使学生能够掌握,并运用这种语言进行交际。汉字是汉语的书写符号系统,是汉语书面及口语交际能力必不可少的工具。因此,汉字教学尤其重要。汉字是对外汉语教学的重要内容之一,也是外国留学生特别是非汉字文化圈留学生学习汉语最大的难点。因而,对外汉字教学与研究是对外汉语教学中重要而困难的部分。本文重在研究汉字的基本特征,包括汉字与文化的关系、如何在汉字教学中运用文化因素。讲解汉字的古今演变,旨在通过向学生介绍汉字的结构理论,使学生能够对汉字的构词方式、汉字的演变及古今汉字的特点有一个系统的认识。使学生在实际学习汉字的过程中,能够形象地识记汉字,而不是死记硬背。向学生展示汉字的构词单位,目的在于是学生对汉字结构有一个清晰的认识,特别是对于非汉字文化圈的学生,使他们在学习书写汉字时能够更快地掌握汉字的书写规律,而不是照汉字、画汉字。除此之外,本文还对汉字的国别教学进行研究,将学生分为汉字文化圈学生与非汉字文化圈学生,又将这两种学生细分到国别,重点介绍欧美各国与其他拼音文字国家的学生、韩国学生、日本学生以及中亚学生。系统分析这些学生常见的问题以及解决问题的方法,旨在说明对外汉字教学不能一概而论,应该根据学生的母语特点进行教学,使对外汉字教学更有针对性、系统性。根据这样的理论基础而提出的教学方法才有实际效用。本文还就汉字教学发展现状及展望做了研究。分析了现阶段对外汉字教学存在的问题、对外汉字教学的几种方法以及对外汉字教学的展望。在这部分,对现状的分析是为了更好地将现状与教学方法结合起来,是所提出的教学方法更具有实际意义,使对外汉字教学向更好的阶段发展。

【Abstract】 As one element of language Teaching, teaching Chinese Characters is one of the most important links in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language which can not be neglected. The purpose of teaching second language is making the students acquire and communicate with the second language. Chinese Character is the writing symbolic system of Chinese. It is the essential instrument of literary language and communicative competence. Consequently, teaching Chinese Characters is especially significant. Chinese Character is one important part of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. Meanwhile, it is also the most difficult point foe the foreign students, especially for students coming from non-Chinese Character cultural sphere. Thus Teaching Chinese Characters to foreign students and the research about this aspect is significant and difficult in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.This paper mainly introduces the basic features of Chinese Characters, including the relationship between Chinese Characters and the culture, how to use cultural factors in Teaching Chinese Characters. Interpreting the evolution of Chinese Characters aims at that let the students systematically understand the formation, evolution and features of ancient and modern Chinese Characters by introducing the structural theory of Chinese Characters to students. Interpreting the morphological unit to students aims at letting the students understand the structure of Chinese Characters, especially for students coming from non-Chinese Character cultural sphere. Besides, this paper introduces teaching Chinese Characters in individual countries, separating the students according to Chinese Character cultural sphere and non-Chinese Character cultural sphere, furthermore separating the students according to individual countries, mainly introducing the students from Europe, America and other Alphabetic writing countries, Korean students, Japan students and Central Asian students, systematically analyzing the students problems in studying and the solutions. Meanwhile, this paper shows the current situation and prospect of teaching Chinese Characters, the problems and some teaching methods in current teaching Chinese Characters. In order to bring the condition and methods together, this paper introduces the future of the Teaching Chinese Characters.
