零速接纸机张力系统控制与仿真

【摘要】 虽然金融危机的爆发已经过去两年,但其影响依然存在,外部市场需求依然疲软。中国制造业在国际金融危机的影响下,利润不高,增长幅度大幅下降。广东省是轻工业制造大省,年产值已占全国的1/4,外贸出口在经济发展中占了较大份额,曾是轻工行业技术水平最强的省份。近几年江浙两地快速崛起,与广东形成三足鼎立。金融危机与激烈的国内竞争使广东省在未来两三年面临巨大挑战。广东省的经济发展,特别是轻工制造业的发展迫切需要技术拉动和产业升级。为摆脱金融危机的持续影响,为保持广东省在国内轻工制造业的优势,有必要重点攻克产业升级的关键技术问题。汕头轻工装备研究院针对包装印刷行业的提高印刷效率、提高印刷精度这一需求要素,确定全自动零速接纸技术是包装印刷设备制造业产业升级的关键技术之一。在速度和精度要求不断提高的印刷生产中,国际先进印刷设备已采用了各类精度等级的全自动零速接纸设备,并辅以印刷工艺参数预设。由于其中关键的技术问题未取得突破,国内还不能制造出能与国际先进印刷设备相配的零速接纸机。此外,国外零速接纸机的接口不开放,难以配套于国内印刷设备中。因此,汕头轻工装备研究院将零速接纸技术作为行业发展的一个重要研发需求。零速接纸机是印刷企业在凹印和柔印及涂布复合等工艺过程中的关键辅助设备,是接纸设备的关键部件。零速接纸机的控制主要包括张力控制,纠偏控制和逻辑控制。接纸机张力控制性能的优劣直接影响到接纸机的整体性能。在接纸过程中,张力超出一定值时,就会产生断纸问题。深入地研究零速接纸机张力系统,保证张力大小平稳,有着十分重要的实际意义。在零速接纸机实际供纸过程中,原材料卷径的时变性、速度值的改变和不可预测的扰动等许多因素常使得接纸机张力不断变化。模糊控制对数学模型难以获取,动态特性不易掌握或变化非常显著的对象非常适用。增益调度可以将连续变化的参量离散化,进而可以研究每一个时间段的系统特征。预估控制方法可以将影响系统稳定的因素超前反馈给控制器,使控制器提前动作,将影响降到最低。本文先对零速接纸机张力系统进行理论分析,并建立相关模型,在已有模型的基础上,用模糊控制与增益调度相结合的方法在每个调度时间内分别进行控制与仿真。虽然在每个调度时间段内模糊控制满足了需求,但当卷径R变化时,模糊控制效果不是很理想,因此论文依据史密斯预估校正的方法,通过改进传递函数,加入补偿,较好地对零速接纸机进行了控制。

【Abstract】 Although the financial crisis has passed for two years, its influence and shadows still exist and the external market demand remains weak.The influence on the traditional manufac- turing industry is the biggest. Though China’s overall scale expanding gradually,the profit is not high and increase has dropped substantially under the influence of international financial crisis.GuangDong is famous for light industrial manufacturing and its annual accounts is one forth of all country.In recent years,both JiangSu and ZheJiang province develop rapidly. Competition from home and abroad makes GuangDong face a big challenges in the future.The development of GuangDong,especially light manufacturing,needs technical pull.In order to get gid of financial crisis and maintain light manufacturing advantage,it is necessary to conquer the key technique problem.Aimed at improving printing efficiency and accuracy of printing machine,ShanTou Light Industry Equipment Institute determines the automatic zero velocity meet paper machine as the key technology to upgrade printing industrial.As the requirement of speed and accuracy improve continuously in the printing production,they have adopted kinds of zero velocity meet paper machine which issues with printing parameter default.Because the key problem has not solved,we can not produce this zero velocity meet paper machine matching with international advanced printing machine.Besides, the connection of foreign zero velocity meet paper machine is not open,it is hard to match the printing machine produced in China.So,ShanTou Light Industry Equipment Institute decide technology of producing zero velocity meet paper machine as an important development require.Zero velocity meet paper machine is the main auxiliary equipment in the process of gravure printing、flexo printing and coated compound printing.The main control of zero velocity meet paper machine includes tension control、rectify control and logic control.Performance quality of tension control directly affects the whole function of zero velocity meet paper machine.In meet paper process,tension keeps fluctuations.If tension fluctuates above a fixed value,the paper will snap.So,it has rather important meaning to research tension system.In actual process,the time-varying materials ram、the changing vecolty and unpredictable disturbances and so on usually make tension change continuously.Fuzzy control can deal with such problem as that the model can not easily get and dynamic behaviour is hard to master.Gain scheduling methods is used to deal with time varying sysytem and discrete the parameters so that we can research characteristics of the system in every discret time.Prediction control method can give controller the factor that infulence the steadbility of system head of time.So the controller can deal with the factor in advance to reduce the bad influence.This paper firstly theoretically analysises the tension system of zero velocity meet paper equipment.Based on theoretical analysis,it establishes a model.Based on this model,it uses both fuzzy control and gain scheduling methods to deal with the time-varying radius.And then,it use matlab to simulate the model.Another research methods is Smith estimated correction method.By changing transfer function and add compensation,it controls system better.
