【摘要】 目的:观察益气养阴活血汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效并对其作用机理进行探讨。方法:60例不稳定型心绞痛患者证属气阴两虚、痰浊瘀阻证者随机分成两组,观察组30例,对照组30例。观察组给予益气养阴活血汤加西医常规治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状和化验室检查指标的变化。结果:经治疗四周后,中医症状总体疗效比较,观察组总有效率为86.67%,与对照组总有效率66.33%比较有差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者症状明显改善,心绞痛发作程度减轻,发作频率减少,优于对照组,两组间比较有差异(P<0.05),且观察组患者血脂、心电图等指标的改善明显优于对照组。结论:益气养阴活血汤可改善患者的临床症状,同时具有调节血脂、改善心电图、血流变等指标的作用。本研究丰富了中医治疗不稳定型心绞痛的理论内容,肯定了益气养阴活血汤的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and observe the clinical effect of Yiqihuayangyinhuoxue decoction on Unstable Angina and explore its mechanism of effect.Methods:60 patients of unstable angina of Qi and Yin Deficiency, Phlegm stasis syndrome were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases treated with Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction and Conventional Western medical therapy were taken as treatment group,and the other 30 cases treated with Conventional Western medical therapy were taken as control group.The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:After four weeks’treatment, in the treatment group the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms(86.67%) were significantly better than those of the control group(63.33%). Both groups the symptoms of chest pain were alleviated and the seizure frequency was decreased, but the two groups have no significant difference. The treatment group was superior or similar to that of control group in regulating the blood-lipoid and improving vascular endothelial function.Conclusion:Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction may improve patients’ clinical symptom obviously and has the function of regulating the blood-lipoid and improving vascular endothelial function.This study enriches the theory of TCM treating Unstable Angina and it is indicated that Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction has obvious effect and less side effect.更多还原
