【摘要】 目的:观察自拟苦参汤熏洗在肛瘘术后促进创面愈合的临床疗效,并探讨其机制。方法:选择低位单纯肛瘘切开术患者60例,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例,术后第2d每日排便后分别予自拟苦参汤、花子叶汤熏洗坐浴,碘伏棉球消毒,红粉油纱条肛门创面外敷,再盖以医用敷料,周边胶带固定,1d1次,一周后用生肌玉红油纱换药至愈合止。观察创面疼痛程度;瘙痒程度;创面渗液;肉芽形态;最大纵径和横径指标,并评分。比较两者创面平均愈合时间。结果:治疗组和对照组疗效差异有统计学意义。自拟苦参汤用于肛瘘术后熏洗在缓解术后疼痛、瘙痒,减少创面渗液,促进创面肉芽生长及愈合方面优于花子叶汤。结论:自拟苦参汤具有清热燥湿的作用,能够加快创面愈合,减缓疼痛,减少渗液等早期不适症状及体征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe mechanism and study the efficacy of Matrine soup on the healing of surgical wounds of simple low anal fistula .Methods: Select 60 patients with the simple low anal fistula,including 30 cases of the treatment group,the control group of 30 patients.From the second day,the treatment group was used the Matrine soup washing the surgical wound,and the control group with the Huaziye soup .Both groups were used Hongfeng gauze to treat wounds for the first week after surgery. From the second week,both groups were used Muogenic Yu-cream gauze once a day,until the wounds was healed.Wound exudations,wound healing and adverse reactions were observed.Results: There was significant difference in effect of two groups.The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in healing and reducing adverse rections.Conclusion: With the role of replenishing qi, invigorating blood circulation, dissipating heat, and drying the damp, Matrine soup can accelerate wound healing, and relieve pain, exudate, and other early symptoms.更多还原
