【摘要】 目的:通过临床观察探讨补肾祛瘀方治疗冠心病心绞痛肾虚血瘀证的价值及机理,使补肾祛瘀法在临床上得到更广泛的应用。方法:临床研究中,将冠心病心绞痛肾虚血瘀证的患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,给予补肾祛瘀方加常规西医治疗;对照组30例,给予常规西医治疗,两组的疗程均为四周。四周后,观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图改变、化验室检查指标等,并进行统计学分析。结果:研究发现,对改善患者心绞痛症状及心电图表现,治疗组疗效要优于对照组;在改善中医症状方面,治疗组明显优于对照组;治疗后两组均能降低化验室指标,且治疗组下降更明显。结论:补肾祛瘀颗粒剂是临床上治疗肾虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的一个安全有效的中药复方制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To validate the value and mechanism of treating angina of ShenxuXueyu type of syndrome with the method of BushenQuyu. Method: In the clinical study, patients of ShenxuXueyu type were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group.The treatment group was treated with BushenQuyu granule and general western medicine,and the control group was treated with general western medicine.After 4 weeks were observed the treatment of clinical symptoms,the changes of ECG,laboratory examination and analyzed statistically. Results: According to the research, we could find BushenQuyu granule can observely improve the symptoms and ECG..The treating group is better than the control group which can observely improve the laboratory indicator. There was Significant difference between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusions:BushenQuyu granule is the clinical treatment of ShenxuXueyu type of angina in a safe ande effective Chinese medicine compound.更多还原
