【摘要】 目的:本课题主要研究黄连温胆汤合乌贝散加减治疗肝胃郁热型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:采用横断面调查、流行病学现场调查的方法,以60例胆汁反流性胃炎随机分成两组。试验组30例,给予中药汤剂(黄连温胆汤合乌贝散加减)治疗,每天2次;对照组30例,给予胃力康颗粒治疗,每天3次,1次1包。治疗期间均不用其他治疗胃病药物。观察两组患者治疗前后的症状疗效,舌脉变化和胃镜下胆汁反流程度与胃粘膜炎症改变。结果:试验组与对照组临床症状疗效分别为治愈50.00%、30.00%;显效30.00%、33.33%;有效16.67%、20.00%;无效3.33%、16.67%;总有效率96.67%、88.33%。两组总疗效比较P<0.05,有显著性差异,试验组临床症状疗效优于对照组。两组胃镜检查疗效分别为治愈46.67%、26.67%;显效33.33%、26.67%;有效13.33%、26.67%;无效6.67%、20%;总有效率93.33%、80.00%。两组总疗效对比P<0.05,有显著性差异,试验组胃镜检查疗效优于对照组。结论:黄连温胆汤合乌贝散加减具有解除胆汁反流性胃炎患者临床症状,清除或改善胆汁反流的程度与胃粘膜炎症的作用,其临床疗效优于胃力康颗粒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This topic research WenDan rhizoma coptidis decoction and uriah bei scattered subtract hepatic stomach fermented type primary biliary reverse flow sex gastritis of. Clinical curative effect.Methods: Using Cross-sectional survey ,epidemiology scene investigation meth- od ,with 60 cases of bile reverse flow sex gastritis into two groups at random . Expe- rimental group 30 cases, give WenDan rhizoma coptidis decoction and uriah bei scattered subtract treatment , 2 times one day;Control group 30 cases, give the stomach LiKang particles treatment ,every 3 times, 1 pack 1 times. During treatment are no other for stomach drugs .
