【摘要】 目的:本课题旨在通过临床研究,在相同的中药浴液、坐浴方式、坐浴温度及坐浴时间的前提下,观察不同时间段的坐浴对创面水肿及愈合过程的影响,寻求最佳的坐浴时段,并初步探讨其机理,以指导临床。方法:将符合纳入标准的混合痔外剥内扎术后患者,随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组。三组均设定室温为25℃,浴液温度为41℃,坐浴时间为10min,花子叶汤坐浴。设定Ⅰ组自术后第一天,Ⅱ组自术后第三天,Ⅲ组自术后第七天开始坐浴,直至创面愈合。选择患者术后第三天、第七天、第十天的创面水肿程度、创面面积、创面愈合率和创面愈合时间为观察指标进行研究。结果:(1)在创面面积及愈合率方面,在术后第三天三组没有显著差异;在术后第七天Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较P均小于0.05,有显著差异;在术后第十天,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较P均小于0.05,有显著差异。(2)在创面水肿方面,在术后第三天、第七天、第十天,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组相比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。其余比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)在创面愈合时间方面,Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组相比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:(1)花子叶汤坐浴对于混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合具有促进作用,是安全、可行、有效的。(2)混合痔术后自第三天开始坐浴相对于自第一天及第七天开始,可以更好的兼顾减轻创面水肿和促进创面愈合的作用。(3)混合痔术后花子叶汤坐浴未见明显的毒副作用和局部皮肤过敏反应,未出现不可预见的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:the subject aims to find the best stage of traditional china medicine hip bath after mixed hemorhoid surgery under the premise of the same chinese bath drug、bath method、bath tempreature and bath time,by obsverving the effect of Bath time period on the wound healing process.And we Preliminarily disscus the Mechanism of the bath.Methods:90 mixed hemorhoid patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groupⅠ、ⅡandⅢ.seting the patients of groupⅠuse the chinese hurbal fumigant from the first day after the operation until wound healing.then groupⅡfrom the third day and groupⅢthe seventh day.At the third、seventh、and the tenth day,The size and edema of wound,healing rates and the healing time are collected as the outcome measures to be studied.Resusts:(1)The date about the wound and healing rates at the seventh and tenth day is significant different between the groupⅠ,groupⅢand groupⅡ.(2)there is significant difference about the edema of wound between the groupⅠand the groupⅡ、Ⅲ(P<0.05) .(3)the patients of groupⅡheal significantly quickly than the groupⅠandⅢ.Conclusion: (1)the bath with huaziyetang after mixed hemorhoid operation can promote the healing of the wound.(2) there is more significance to reduce the edema of wound that bath from the third day than from the seventh and tenth day.(3)bath with huaziyetang is safe、feasible and effective.更多还原
