【摘要】 目的:观察混合痔患者术后早期的排便情况,总结术后排便情况变化规律,并针对术后大便难排患者应用药物干预,调畅大便,以促进混合痔术后患者顺利康复。方法:选择80例混合痔术后患者,详细观察术后排便的变化情况,填写术后排便情况观察表,并筛选术后首次排便即出现大便难排的患者应用灵菇合剂进行干预治疗。结果:临床研究观察表明,80例混合痔术后患者中有70例术后出现排便异常,占总人数的87.50%,大便难排者69例,占86.25%,腹泻1例,占1.25%;在大便难排的69例患者中,轻度34例,占49.28%,中度14例,占20.29%,重度21例,占30.43%,其中66例患者大便难排发生在首次排便;术后首次排便中发生大便难排患者排便时伴发的出血、疼痛程度与大便难排程度呈正相关;66例首次排便即出现大便难排患者中有59例于首次排便后8天内排便相继恢复至正常或至术前状态。灵菇合剂治疗混合痔术后大便难排的总有效率为96.97%,其干预天数多主要集中在4～6天,且对不同程度病情的大便难排患者灵菇合剂的干预天数之间无显著性差异。结论:混合痔术后早期排便异常大多为暂时性的,通过患者自身恢复及灵菇合剂等药物调控干预一定时间后,大部分患者排便均能趋于正常或恢复至术前状态,部分患者通过灵菇合剂维持排便通畅;灵菇合剂对混合痔术后大便难排有很好的调畅作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observing defecating conditions of the patients with the mixed hemorrhoid surgery at early period of postoperative, in order to summarize variations of the postoperative defecations, and to heal those patients suffered constipation with Chinese patient drugs to purge and promote the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients recover smoothly. Methods: Select 80 cases of the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients, detailedly observe the variation of postoperative defecating condition, fill postoperative observation table, and use Linggu Heji to heal patients suffered constipation at the first postoperative defecation. Results: Clinical observation shows that 70 cases were found abnormal defecation after the surgery out of 80 mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients, accounted for 87.50%. Among them, patients with constipation accounted for 69 cases, 86.25%, diarrhea, 1 case, 1.25%; Among 69 patients with constipation, mild cases were 34, accounted for 49.28%, moderate cases accounted for 14, 20.29%, severe, 21 cases, 30.43%. 66 cases suffered constipation at the first defecation after surgery. Their degree of accompanied symptoms, such as bleeding, pain, etc. has a positive correlation with the degree of constipation. 59 patients among them recovered to normality or preoperative condition within 8 days gradually. The total effective rate of Linggu Heji was 96.97%, the time of treatment was mainly concentrated in 4 ~ 6 days, and there was no significant difference among the different states of the patients’constipation. Conclusion: Most abnormal defecation at the early period of after the mixed hemorrhoid surgery were temporary, after the patients recovered automatically and treatment with Linggu Heji or other drugs for some time, most patients could recover to normality or to the preoperative condition, some could keep purgative using Linggu Heji; Linggu Heji treat constipation of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients well.更多还原
