【摘要】 目的:观察加味四黄散熏洗治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿、疼痛等并发症的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将48例混合痔术后患者随机分为加味四黄散组(治疗组)24例和高锰酸钾组(对照组)24例熏洗,观察并记录两组水肿、疼痛、愈合时间等临床症状的变化,比较两组临床疗效之间的差异。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛、水肿、出血分值比较,经统计学处理,治疗组低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;坠胀分值比较,经统计学处理,治疗组低于对照组,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;水肿消退时间、创面完全愈合时间经t检验,P<0.05,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论:中药加味四黄散熏洗能明显减轻混合痔患者术后疼痛、水肿,促进创面愈合,治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效优于高锰酸钾熏洗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Sihuangsan addition in treating the postoperative complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids ,such as swelling, pain anus.Methods: 48 cases of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative patients were randomly divided into Sihuangsan addition group and potassium permanganate group and record two groups of edema, pain,healing time waiting for clinical symptoms change,compare two sets of clinical curative effect differences .Results: two groups of patients 7 days pain, swelling and bleeding after statisti-cs processing score comparison, below the therapeutic group,the treatment group, P < 0.05, a statistically significant difference; By comparison, score fell bulge statistical treatment,the treatment group below the treatment group, P > 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Edema dispair time, wound healing time completely by t-test, P < 0.05, a statistically significant difference.Conclusion: Chinese medicine flavored Sihuangsan addition fumigation mixed hemorrhoids can significantly reduce patient postoperative pain,oedema, promote wound healing, is the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative effective clinically superior formula, potassium permanganate fumigation.更多还原
