山区高速公路长陡坡路段行车安全性分析

【摘要】 随着“7918”国家高速公路网和西部大开发战略的实施,山区高速公路迎来了新的建设高峰。受地形、地貌的影响,在山区高速公路线形设计中长陡坡路段不可避免。然而,连续长陡坡对车辆的行车安全极为不利,使得长陡坡路段成为事故多发路段,被人们称为高速公路的“黑点”。因此,深入分析、研究影响山区高速公路长陡坡路段行车安全的因素,对于提高山区高速公路的行车安全性、提升道路的整体服务水平具有重要的意义。本文针对浙江某高速公路长陡坡路段,采用公路安全性评价和主成份一聚类分析法对山区高速公路连续长下坡路段的行车安全进行了分析研究,得到如下结论:(1)影响山区高速公路连续长下坡路段行车安全的主要因素包括人、车、路和环境等,道路交通事故通常是诸因素之间的不协调所导致。(2)路线设计时过多的采用规范和标准的极限值,会降低道路运营期的安全性,极大地增加安全隐患。(3)综合运用设计符合性检查和速度协调性分析等分析手段是对高速公路长下坡路段运营安全性评价的有效方法,具有实际的指导意义。(4)主成份一聚类分析法的综合安全评价指标F1能有效地反映损坏车辆数、伤亡人数等,从而表征出长下坡路段的交通安全状况。

【Abstract】 With the implementation of "7918" national highway net and the western development strategy, the expressway in mountain area ushered in the new construction peak. Be influenced by topography, the long steep slope is inevitable during the alignment design of expressway in mountain area. However, continuous long steep slope is of great disservice to traffic safety, which makes the long steep slope becomes the Accident-prone area and is also called "black spot" of expressway. Therefore, studies on the safety factors of the long steep slope are very important to improve driving safety and service level of the expressway in mountain area.In this paper, the methods of Highway Safety Audit and Principal Componentv -Cluster Analysis were used to analyze the traffic safety of long steep slope section. A series of valuable achievements were got. First, the factors that influence the traffic safety of long steep slope at expressway in mountain area include humans, cars, roadways, traffic environment and so on, the inharmonious of which causes road traffic accidents. Second, excessively using the limit value of specifications and standards in route design could decrease the driving safety, and increase potential danger. Third, combining the design conformance inspection and the speed coordination analysis is an effective method to evaluate the traffic safety of long steep slope. Fourth, the loss of traffic accident could be reflected by the safety audit index F1 of principal component-Cluster Analysis, which can further represent the situation of traffic safety.
