高速铁路对中小城市空间结构影响研究

【摘要】 随着国家对基础设施投入力度的不断加大,轨道交通网络逐步完善,沿海地区的许多中小城市也将纳入到高速铁路体系之中。区域交流特别是中小城市与大城市的交流将更加频繁与密切。城市内部也兴起了轨道交通等公共交通的建设高潮,使得城市指向性、可达性发生了深刻的变化,同时也导致了城市用地性质、用地功能及空间结构发生改变。本文首先介绍研究背景,提出研究意义和研究内容,并指出了研究的创新点和不足。其次,本文对中小城市的城市拓展模式、产业结构、内部交通组织、公共服务设施进行分析,总结其存在的问题。再次,本文着重探讨了在高铁影响下,城市空间结构将发生重大改变以及交通结构将出现重大调整。本文通过对长兴高铁新城案例研究,从空间结构、土地利用、交通组织、社区组织等方面进行实证研究,希望对当下方兴未艾的高铁新城建设有一定借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Since the government has increased investments in infrastructure, the track transport network is expanding on coverage. A large number of small and medium-sized cities in coastal areas will establish track transport network in the near future. Traffic exchanges, especially exchanges between large cities and small and medium-sized cities, have became frequently. They are triggering a new round of public transport climax, the tendency and accessibility is profound changing.In this paper, the first part introduces the background, the innovations and the drawbacks. Secondly, the expanding model, industrial structure, traffic organization and public service facilities of the small and medium-sized cities are analyzed, and the problems are summerized. Finally, the paper focuses on the significant change of the spatial structure and the traffic structure.By the case analysis of Changxing city, this paper has studied spatial structure, land use, traffic organization and community organizations. I hope that it will be useful for the construction.
