杭嘉湖平原河道生态建设理论与应用研究

【摘要】 本论文对历史的总结与分析,采用调查总结法、试验检测法,结合典型河道案例分析,提出传统河道整治存在的不足,继而探索新的河道整治方案,使河道不仅满足排涝、引水、航运等功能,更有利于恢复河道内生物多样性,有利于改善河道水质,有利于提高河道两岸的自然景观,最终实现人与自然和谐相处。论文的主要研究成果:辛江塘生态修复施工抛弃了硬性护岸,用植物来取代砌石护岸,改变了传统的渠道化和硬质化建设思路,兼顾了栖息地保护和土地利用两方面的需求,保留河流连续性、蜿蜒性,保留河流的深潭、浅滩、沙洲等原有河流地貌形态,避免河道平面形态规则化、断面形式单一化和护坡材料硬质化。创造出了丰富多彩的水边环境,维持了水生生物生存、繁育等的自然环境,使河流生物群落多样性得以提高。木场桥港进一步在疏浚断面标准、治理思路上进行创新。河道疏浚断面的变化,在一定范围内宽窄不一、河底高程高低不平,以促进流态的变化和跌宕暴氧,有助于水环境的改善;治理思路上从全面整治转变到局部整治,进行修复性治理。从理论到实践,从试点到推广,从建设到评价,提出平原河道的治理模式、投资模式和管理模式,并重点分析了治理不同模式的特点和适用条件。

【Abstract】 Based on the summary and analysis of the historical conditions, the survey method and test detection method are used combined with typical case studies in this paper. The shortcomings of the traditional river regulation are pointed out and new river regulation methods are explored, which aims to meet navigation and other functions of the river, to restore biodiversity in the river, to improve river water quality, to improve the natural landscape along the river, and ultimately achieve the harmony between man and nature.The main research results of this paper are:The ecological restoration construction of Xinjiang Pool abandoned the rigid revetment, and the stone revetment is also replaced by plant revetment, which changed the traditional thoughts of channelization and hardening. Both aspects of the habitat protection and land use have been taken into account, the continuity and the meandering of the rive have also been retained, as well as other forms of the original river landscape, such as the pools, the shallow and the shoals. The repair construction tries to avoid the regularity and single shape of the cross-section. At the same time, the slope protection construction avoids using hard materials, which in the end could make the waterside environment more variable, and could maintain the natural environment suitable for survival and breeding of aquatic organisms, improving the diversity of biological communities in the river.In the case of Muchangqiao Port, the paper made an innovation in the standard of dredging cross section and management ideas. The river cross-section varies in the width, and the elevation of the riverbed also varies along the river, which will help to diversify the flow pattern and improve the water environment. The management idea has changed from comprehensive regulation to local regulation.This paper promoted the investment and management mode of plain river channel, from theory to practice, from pilot to generazation, from construction to evaluation. Furthermore, it analyzed the characteristics and applicable conditions of different governance modes.
