【摘要】 根据长沙市芙蓉区的实际情况,本文在广泛研究了国内外城市可持续发展指标体系综合评价的基础上,以湖南省长沙市芙蓉区为研究对象,采用定性与定量分析结合的方式,对区域可持续发展指标体系的综合评价进行探讨。论文首先阐述持续发展指标体系的概念、国内外研究发展历程以及相关本质特征,然后根据科学性、实用性、典型性的原则设计出符合长沙市芙蓉区发展特点的可持续发展指标体系。该指标体系具体包括了两个层次。第一层次有驱动力系统、压力系统、状态系统、影响系统和响应系统五个指数；第二层包含29个详细指标。采用DPSIR模型与主成分分析法结合的方式对芙蓉区可持续发展进行综合评价。对芙蓉区可持续发展的健康进行详细诊断,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应五方面详细说明。初步鉴定芙蓉区可持续发展情况为：2000—2002年为不可持续阶段,2002年—2004年为弱可持续阶段,2004—2007年为基本可持续阶段,2007—2009年为可持续阶段。针对芙蓉区可持续发展综合评价研究的初步诊断结果,在参考其它学者的观点和意见的基础上,提出“十二五”期间长沙市芙蓉区应当在可持续发展方面进行的生态建设项目与采取相应的环境保护措施两个大方面10个以上的建言。最后总结了本论文的研究结论,对今后相关方向的研究提出了设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with the actual situation of Furong District, Changsha city, the paper on which studied extensive domestic and international urban sustainable development of the comprehensive evaluation index system based took Furong District as the research objection with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the way to study the integrated of regional sustainable development indicators. Firstly, this thesis described the concept of sustainable development indicators and the essential characteristics related to Domestic and international research and development process, and then according to the principles of scientificity, practicability, typicality to have designed a sustainable development index to meet the development characteristics of Furong District, Changsha City. There are two gradations in the index system. The first gradation consists of five systems of Drive, Pressure, State, Impact and Reaction. The second gradation contains 29 detailed indicators. The component analysis of sustainable development was assessment as the way of combined with DPSIR model and principal component analysis. Furong district’s situation of sustainable development was diagnosed and explained from five aspects of Drive, Pressure, State, Impact and Reaction in detail. Preliminary identification in Furong district for the sustainable development results are as follows:It’s on the unsustainable stage in 2000—2004 years, and on the weak sustainability stage in 2000—2004 years, and on the basic sustainable stage in 2004—2007 years and on the sustainable stage in 2007—2009 years. Based on the result of preliminary identification in Furong district and consulted other relational points and advises, the paper put more than 10 suggestions for two major aspects with sustainable development of environmental protection and ecological projects at the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period in Furong District. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions of the study, the direction of future research related to ideas put forward.更多还原
