基于鲁棒优化的可修复产品逆向物流网络均衡研究

【摘要】 可修复产品逆向物流网络运营过程中,存在废旧物品的回收时间、回收率和回收质量等诸多不确定因素,这些不确定因素对可修复产品逆向物流的整体绩效优化具有重要影响.为此,本文对可修复产品逆向物流网络运行存在的各种不确定因素、约束条件以及维持网络运行的成本要素和产生的收益进行了分析,以网络运营成本最小化和收益最大化为目标,利用鲁棒优化理论,对不确定环境下的可修复产品逆向物流网络及可再制造产品逆向物流网络进行了研究,具体的研究内容包括:1.对不确定环境下的逆向物流网络和鲁棒优化在网络优化决策中应用的研究现状进行了综述,并对相关的理论基础:鲁棒优化方法作了介绍.2.在产品的回收率不确定环境下,对可修复产品逆向物流网络进行了研究.构建了可修复产品逆向物流网络的结构图,此网络考虑多种产品以及回收、再处理、处理和废物处理中心等多种设施;建立了确定环境下可修复产品逆向物流网络的优化模型;考虑产品回收率的不确定性,建立了相应的鲁棒优化模型;对模型解的存在性进行了分析.3.在单位运输成本及废旧产品的回收量均不确定的条件下,对可修复产品中的可再制造产品逆向物流网络进行了研究.首先,设计了可再制造产品逆向物流网络的结构图;其次,建立了确定性环境下可再制造产品逆向物流网络的优化模型;再次,考虑单位运输成本和废旧产品的回收量的不确定性,利用鲁棒优化方法建立含有不确定因素问题的鲁棒对应式,并建立鲁棒优化模型;最后,将鲁棒优化模型转化为线性规划问题,证明模型解的存在性.4.针对建立的可修复产品中可再制造产品逆向物流网络鲁棒优化模型,提出了模型的求解算法,并给出算例,利用软件LINDO6.1对模型进行求解,最后对结果进行分析,说明鲁棒优化方法的有效性.

【Abstract】 During the operation of reverse logistics network for repairable products, recycling time, recovery rate and the quality of waste are often with uncertainty. These uncertainties have important influence on the overall effectiveness of reverse logistics for repairable products. Therefore, in this thesis, we analyze a variety of uncertain factors during the operation of reverse logistics network for repairable products, constraint conditions, cost elements of maintaining the operation of the network and the produced revenue. Under the environment of uncertainty, in order to realize cost minimization and profit maximization during the operation of network, robust optimization theory are employed to develop reverse logistics network for repairable products and reverse logistics network for re-manufacturing. The content includes:1. We generalize the relevant studies of reverse logistics network under the environment of uncertainty and some applications of robust optimization in network optimization decision. We also introduce the relevant basic theory: robust optimization method.2. Under the environment of uncertain product recovery, this thesis studies reverse logistics network for repairable products. We design the network structure diagram of reverse logistics network for repairable products with a variety of products, recycling center, re-processing center, processing center and waste disposal center. Under the environment of certainty, optimization model of reverse logistics network for repairable products is proposed. In the case of product recovery with the uncertainty, this thesis constructs a robust optimization model. The existence of solutions of the robust optimization model is analyzed.3. Under the environment of uncertain unit transportation cost and the quantity of used products, this thesis studies reverse logistics network for re-manufacturing. Firstly, we design the network structure diagram of reverse logistics network for re-manufacturing. Secondly, optimization model of reverse logistics network for re-manufacturing under the environment of certainty is proposed. Thirdly, considering the uncertainty of unit transportation cost and the quantity of used products, robust optimization model is constructed. Finally, the robust optimization problem is translated into linear programming problem, the existence of solutions of the robust optimization model is proved.4. We propose the algorithm to solve the robust optimization model of reverse logistics network for re-manufacturing which has been established before. We provide an instance, apply LINDO6.1 to solve the model, and analyze the results to illustrate the effectiveness of robust optimization method.
