【摘要】 近年来,随着现代物流的全球化、网络化,使得对物流金融综合服务的要求不断增强,由此衍生出对其运作模式的更高要求,尽管学术界已对物流金融理论及其运作模式做了大量研究并提出了各种不同的分类方法,仍然不能满足现代物流金融多变的业务需求。拟针对这些问题,创新采用TRIZ法分析当前模式的不足,找出矛盾,并运用TRIZ理论的创新原理解决矛盾,提出从市场需求及融资企业角度出发的物流金融新型运作模式。新模式在不增加金融机构风险的前提下,增强了物流金融的普适性和实用性,使物流金融运作模式得到了系统性的创新。首先,对物流金融的理论基础展开研究,结合我国实际情况归纳了我国物流金融业务的特点和基本运作模式,为物流金融新型运作模式的构建提供了依据。将物流金融理论与TRIZ创新理论相结合提出了物流金融运作模式创新的必要性和可行性,运用SWOT分析法找出的当前模式的问题矛盾所在。其次,站在整个供应链的视角,对银行物流金融传统的运作模式进行了修正与完善,充分考虑了市场需求、融资企业的地位及物流金融整体运营状况,运用物-场分析法提出了物流金融运作模式的新视角并确立各主体,构建了物流金融的物质-场模型,优化了物流金融模式运作理论。再次,以优化的物流金融物场模型为基础,运用ARIZ法和矛盾冲突解决原理构建了物流金融运作模式新模型,通过这一新模型,可以使信用度较差的中小企业顺利通过物流金融业务融得所需资金,同时由于保险公司的加入,还帮助银行分担了部分或全部风险,转嫁了银行的风险。紧接着以天津某物流企业和某医药制造企业为例展开实证研究,证明了新模型的可行性及适用性。最后,对我国物流金融整体发展提出建议,从而为物流金融业务的进一步开展和普及提供了可操作性的策略和机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the globalization and networking of modern logistics, the requirements for logistics finance are growing, which derived from the higher requirements of its operation model. Although the academic community has done a lot of research of the logistics finance theory and proposed different classification methods, it can not meet the business needs of modern logistics finance which is changeable. To solve these problems, by innovative use of TRIZ method,we analysis the deficiencies of current model, find its conflicts. We solve the conflicts by take advantage of innovation principles of TRIZ theory, and proposed a new operation model classification method of the logistics finance from the market demand and financial companies view. New model under the premise of enhances the universality and practicality of the logistics finance without increasing the risk of financial institutions, make the operation model of the logistics finance obtains systematic innovation.First, the theoretical basis of logistics finance is studied, and the characteristics of logistics finance and business basic operation model are summarized according to the actual situation in our country. They both provide the construction basis of a new operation model. Combining logistics finance theory with TRIZ innovation theory, the necessity and feasibility of innovation in operation model of the logistics finance are proposed. The contradictions in the current model are identified by use of SWOT analysis.Secondly, in the view of supply chain, the traditional operation model of logistics finance of commercial banks was improved. We fully consider market demand, status of finance companies and the overall operating performance of logistics finance, proposed the presented the new financial perspective of classification of the logistics finance by use of materials - field analysis. In addition, we improve it using conflict resolution principles, optimize the operation theory of logistics financial model.Third, according to the design theory of logistics financial model, a new operation model was constructed based on TRIZ method. In this model, commercial banks can not only identify the operation mode and credit lines of different objects when they are financing, but also identify the loan risk according to different operating processes. Taking a logistics company and pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Tianjin for example, the feasibility and applicability of the new model is proved.Finally, I presented some suggestions for the overall development of China’s logistics, which provide operational strategies and mechanisms for further development of the logistics financial services.更多还原
