【摘要】 随着二十一世纪知识经济时代的到来,教育逐渐成为人们所关注的热点,教育的经济价值日益突出,教育资本的投入与经济增长之间的关系也越来越显著,教育投资已经成为促进经济增长的重要因素。本文以山东省教育投资和经济增长为研究对象,利用计量经济学方法进行实证研究,分析二者之间的互动关系,为山东省经济的发展提供对策建议。本文首先介绍教育投资和经济增长的相关理论;其次,用大量的统计数据来分析山东省教育投资现状。分析表明:山东省教育投资在全国处于较低水平,民办教育和私立教育所占比重小,山东省西部地区教育投入明显落后于东部地区,农村教育投资有待提高;然后,运用格兰杰因果检验、VAR模型参数估计等计量方法来验证教育投资与经济增长之间的互动关系。通过数据的实证分析和模型检验可以得出:山东省教育投资和经济增长不互为因果关系;经济增长对教育投资的推动作用显著,经济增长是影响山东省教育投入的关键因素;教育投资对经济增长的作用较为微弱,从投入到产生效用的周期是两年。可以看出,山东省教育投资的弱化抑制了经济的增长。为了促进山东省经济的可持续发展,应加大对教育事业的投资:完善教育投资体制,加大政府教育经费的投入;大力发展职业教育,加强对农村职业教育的发展;加强教育投资立法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the 21st century, education has become one of the concern of the hot, the ecnomic value of education is becoming increasingly conspicuous. The relationship between investment in education and ecnomic growth is more and more significant. Investment in education is an important factor in promoting ecnomic growth. This paper focuses on education investment and ecnomic growth, using ecnometrica methods to analysis the interactive relationship, and providing advices for the ecnomic development of Shandong province.At first, this paper introduces the related theory of education investment and ecnomic growth. Secondly, it uses a lot of statistical data to analysis the situation of education investment in Shandong province. Analysis shows that, Shandong province education investment is at a low level in national; privately-run schools and private education education account for a small proportion; investment in the western region obviously lagged behind the eastern region; rural education investment should be further enhanced. Thirdly, it examines the interactive relationship between education investment and ecnomic growth with Granger causality tests, parameter estimate method for VAR model.Through the analyzing of actual data and testing of models, we can find that, Shandong education investment and ecnomic growth is not a causal relationship; ecnomic growth is the key factor in promoting education investment in Shandong; however, education investment plays a weak role in accelerating the development of ecnomic, the period of education investment from the investment utility to produce is two years.The weakening of education investment in Shandong prevents the development of ecnomic, in order to promote the sustainable development of economy, we should intensify the education investment.
