【摘要】 浙江省是全国经济发达的省份,浙江武术协会作为一个民间武术活动组织,对于传统武术的发展与推广有着独特管理经验与办法。协会以传统武术的普及与提高促进中华武术的健康发展为己任,对武术协会的建设与发展有着鲜明的运作特点与方法,其中制度化的管理模式更是可圈可点,这也极大地促进了全民健身计划的贯彻与落实。因此,通过对浙江省武术协会在民间中的管理体制与运行机制现状进行调查与研究,明晰该省武术协会的管理体制与内在运作逻辑,进而可以推广与宣传浙江省武术协会的组织管理,同时对我国经济较发达省市的武术普及与发展也具有一定的理论借鉴意义和现实意义;对于转型期,全国性其他单项协会的管理体制的改革、治理模式的转变提供参考和依据,以期为我国社会体育事业管理体制改革和社会事业治理模式转型提供绵薄之力。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以及逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过了解浙江省武术协会现行管理体制与运行机制,具体分析其协会的动力机制、发展机制、人力资源保障机制、信息联络沟通机制和约束机制,为各地方性武术协会的管理与运作提供可行性的方法与建议。此外,从管理学的视角,借鉴和谐管理理论,探析浙江省武术协会和谐管理的特点与规律,并提出促进协会健康发展的和谐管理对策,从而完善协会组织管理,促进浙江省武术协会的可持续性发展。研究主要表明,浙江省武术协会与政府组织有着良性的有效互动,权责划分明确,以传统武术的健康发展为己任,实行自主管理;同时协会以“服务为本,会员至上”为工作出发点,浙江省武术协会副主席(陈顺安)其鲜明的个人领导魅力——深入基层,了解民情,积极调动,解决民忧,树立了群众威信,获得了群众的认可与信任。为此,协会依照“普及是基础、培训是先导、竞赛是龙头、科研是提高、推广是目标”的发展模式服务会员,建立规章制度,顺畅内部运行机制,完善服务体系,赢得了会员的广泛支持和信赖。最后对浙江省武术协会的和谐管理提出了一些参考性建议,希望浙江省武术协会的管理体制与运行机制更加社会化、专业化和科学化。更多还原
