行动导向教学法在高校健美操选修课中的应用研究

【摘要】 健美操运动是一项时尚的运动,自20世纪70年代末期进入我国就一直深受广大人民群众的追捧与喜爱,并被列于高校体育教学中项目之一。随着健美操不断的发展,它已经成为了高校体育教学中不可缺少的一部分,成为了现代高校体育教学的重要课程之一,也因此受到了众多学生们的推崇与热爱。健美操作为一项体育运动与其他体育运动相比是有其自身的特点的,比如健美操的动作复杂多变、动作节奏快速、更新速度较快,这样的一些特点往往导致许多的学习者认为要学好健美操这项运动相对而言是比较难的。针对此种情况的出现此时此刻教师如何发挥其主导作用,提供给学生启发其创造性思维的工具和学习方法,来有效的指导学生对这一学科内在规律的理解和对其法则的灵活应用,是一个值得探讨的重要问题。行动导向教学法他主张教师对学生现有的知识结构水平进行分析,对每个学生的差异有所了解与把握,然后将学生已有的知识与经验建立联系,从其掌握的知识与信息出发,为学生们搭建“舞台”,借助“镁光灯”,为学习者提供一个“在真实世界背景”中完成“真实演出”的机会。本研究依据健美操教学的特有的规律及特点,在前人研究的基础上结合个人的研究,探索以“行动”为导向的教学方法对学生学习健美操掌握健美操的规律有何影响。为验证行动导向教学法应用于高校健美操选修课教学实践中是否具有优效性,该研究主要采用教学实验、问卷调法、文献资料以及数理统计等方法对其进行了具体的研究。本文的实验对象为上海体育学院大二学生共52人(均为男生,实验组26人,对照组26人)。实验组在实验期间实施行动导向教学法,对照组则按照以往常规教学模式进行授课。通过为期36学时的教学实验,对采取不同方法的实验组与对照组进行分析研究,其结果表明:高校健美操选修课教学中利用行动导向教学法来指导健美操教学,对学生学习健美操的基本规律与掌握健美操的基本动作,以及培养学生自我学习意识与态度上有着积极的促进作用。其结论如下:1通过本次教学实验证实,在高校健美操选修课教学中采用行动导向教学法,可以提高学生的体育学习兴趣,转变其学习态度。2实施行动导向教学法能够促进学生健美操各方面的进步,特别是促进了健美操学习与练习过程中学生们相互合作,很大程度上改善了学生们合作态度,合作意愿以及沟通协作的能力等。3实施行动导向法,能帮助学生树立自我学习自信心,一定程度上加强对自身各方面的欣赏与肯定,同时在这个过程中也能增强学生在体育学习过程中的自我认知能力与自我解析的能力。4实施行动导向式教学在一定程度上能有效提高学生的运动技能水平,促进其掌握健美操的学习规律。

【Abstract】 Aerobics since late 1970’s since entering the country by the masses of fancy, and enter the universities sports education. Nowadays calisthenics has become an important course school sports teaching. Aerobics movements complex, change multiterminal, often make learners to learn aerobics is that spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. At this moment the teachers on how to play the leading role, provide the student the creative thinking what inspired the tools and the methods of learning, effective guide students to this subject inherent law of the understanding and flexible application of the law, is a worthy of discussion.Action orientation teaching method for students in teacher of existing knowledge structure level for each student is analyzed, and the difference has grasped, the new knowledge and students have some experience, knowledge, from students to master establish contact on the knowledge, information, build a "scaffolding" anchor, use ", "for the learners to provide" in the real world, "complete" true in the background of the mission, "opportunities. The purpose of this study is to the characteristic of aerobics teaching rules and features, on the basis of previous studies combined with personal research, exploration with "action" oriented teaching methods on the student’s learning calisthenics grasp what effect the aerobics rules.In order to validate action orientation teaching method applied in aerobics teaching practice whether it has superior effect sex, this study adopts experiment method in combination with literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method to its concrete study. In this paper the experimental subjects for the Shanghai sports college sophomore for 52 people (both for boys and control group 26and 26). On the enforcement action oriented teaching method, routine teaching mode (control group implementation passed a accept teaching mode). Through this semester 12 hours of teaching experiment, the experimental group and control group for research and analysis shows that, in gymnastics teaching method using action orientation guiding calisthenics teaching for students learning calisthenics, the basic law of the basic action with master aerobics, and cultivate students’ learning awareness has the positive role. The conclusions are as follows:1. The enforcement action oriented type teaching can improve students’ interest in learning, learning attitude, improve the change of physical education learning initiative.2. Enforcement action oriented type teaching can improve students’ learning cooperation consciousness and ability.3. Enforcement action oriented type teaching can improve students’ self-confidence.4. Enforcement action oriented type teaching can effectively improve the student’s sports skill level, grasps the aerobics learning laws.
