一种井下多媒体无线通信网络的开发

【摘要】 近年来,我国经济的发展速度不断加快,对能源的需求变得越来越大。煤炭作为整个能源、化工行业的基础原料,需求与日俱增。随着煤矿开采规模不断扩大,越来越多的工人需要在井下作业,一套具备完整通信功能的矿井用通信平台的建立就显得尤为重要。井下综合通信系统为日常生产、人员安全提供了保障。但是目前,能够同时满足井下语音通信、影像传输、人员定位、考勤记录等多功能一体的综合通信系统,还不够完善,主要原因就是因为矿井环境的特殊性、复杂性。根据矿井通信目前的现状和实际需求,本文提出了一种基于IEEE 802.11协议的数字矿山综合无线局域网络,从而增加矿井安全性,提高矿井的劳动生产效率。并以此为背景,开发设计了数字矿山无线局域网数据终端系统。本文重点对以下几个方面进行了研究:(1)井下通信系统是集有线局域网、无线局域网于一身的综合网络,因此本文首先介绍了局域网的工作过程与原理、局域网的传播特性、协议标准等相关理论;(2)组建了井下综合通信系统信号传输模块的复用部分,并进行了冗余设计;(3)介绍了语音通讯系统的VOIP原理,VOIP话机内部结构和工作流程以及涉及的VOIP协议,给出了VOIP服务器的配置;(4)介绍了视频监控系统的发展历程,分析了视频监控系统的原理和组成,给出了井下监控系统组建的方案;(5)介绍了人员定位考勤系统方案的硬件整体框架,设计了其核心硬件,介绍定位系统的定位原理和软件实现;介绍了方案的硬件整体框架和各部分硬件模块的设计实现。本文基于无线局域网协议,提出了井下多媒体无线通信网络的设计与实现方案。通过本系统可以避免语音通讯、视频监控、定位考勤三套网络重复建设,提高通信线路的利用效率,节约了建设成本,提供井下通信综合服务。该无线网络具有传统井下有线通信系统所无法比拟的优越性,为数字化矿山的发展方向提供了可行性解决方案。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the increasingly rapid development of economy in our country needs more and more energy resources. Coal is the basic resource of the whole energy industry and chemical lines, and the requirement for it is steadily on the increase. Because of the unceasing expansion of coal mining scale, more and more workers need to do the down-hole operation. For this reason, the construction of a set of communications platform with complete functions becomes especially important. The integrated down-hole communications system provides support for daily life and personal safety. However, at present, the integrated communications system that has the multifunction of voice communications, image transmission, collier tracking and attendance recording, is not perfect. It is mainly because the specialty and complexity of the down-hole environment.According to current condition and practical requirements of the down-hole communications, the paper shows a kind of digital integrated wireless local area network (WLAN) for mine which is based on IEEE 802.11 protocol. This system improves the safety and productive efficiency of the mine. Based on the above network, the terminal system is designed. The paper put emphasis on the following aspects:(1) The down-hole communications system is an integrated network, which combines wired and wireless local area networks. Therefore, the paper firstly introduces some related theories, such as the local area networks working process and principle, propagation property and protocol standard.(2) Multiplexing parts of data transmission module from the integrated down-hole communications system is constructed. The redundancy design is performed.(3) VIOP theory of the voice communication system, internal structure and operation process of the VIOP radio, and VIOP protocol are introduced. VIOP server configuration is proposed.(4) The development of the video monitoring system is introduced. Theory and composition of the system are analyzed. The solution to down-hole monitoring system construction is raised.(5) The whole hardware framework of the solution to collier tracking and attendance recording system is introduced. Central hardware is designed. Tracking theory and software implementation of the collier tracking system, whole hardware framework of the solution and realization of every hardware module, are introduced Based on WLAN protocol, the paper proposed the design and implementation solution to the down-hole multimedia wireless communications network. The system can avoid redundant projects of the three networks: voice communications, image transmission, collier tracking and attendance recording. The system raises the utilization rate of the communications lines, saves the construction costs and provides the comprehensive down-hole services. The wireless network has the advantages prior to traditional down-hole wired networks, and proposes the feasible solution to the development of the digital mine.
