基于虚拟样机技术的某机动型雷达天线结构设计

【摘要】 天线作为辐射和接收雷达电磁波的主体,具有相当高的阵面精度、刚度和强度,是雷达系统的重要组成部分。机动型雷达有限的空间和重量指标使雷达天线的刚度指标与空间尺寸、刚度指标与重量指标这些固有矛盾进一步加剧。雷达天线的结构设计成为机动型雷达设计和制造的关键。本文借助虚拟样机技术,结合结构分析理论,来实现某机动型平面阵列天线的主要结构设计指标,并且保证其结构的机械性能安全可靠。文中主要基于ANSYS软件和ADAMS软件对天线结构及其相关结构进行仿真分析,主要工作可以分为两部分:第一部分,建立了雷达天线骨架结构和骨架支撑结构的仿真分析模型,利用ANSYS软件分别对模型进行有限元分析。其中,对天线骨架结构进行静力分析和运输状态下的动力分析,校核其刚度和强度,为设计过程中雷达天线的结构能否满足设计要求提供技术依据,而对骨架支撑结构则主要进行静力分析,以校核其强度能否满足雷达天线的工作安全。第二部分,建立了雷达天线液压举升机构的仿真分析模型,以液压油缸的四个安装支点位置为设计变量,以液压油缸的最大举升力为目标函数,应用ADAMS软件对液压举升机构进行试验设计仿真,为液压油缸安装支点位置的设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 Antenna, the key component of the radar system, functions as the main part of transmitting and receiving radar electromagnetic wave. A rather highly surface precision and enough intensity and rigidity are required in the radar antenna, but the limited space and the weight target sharpen the initial contradictions acutely among the space, the rigidity and the weight. Moreover, the flexibility of the mobile radar accumulates these paradoxes. By means of the newly emerging Virtual Prototyping Technology and the theory of structural analysis, the structure of the planar antenna array of a mobile radar should be designed to meet the requirements.With ANSYS software and ADAMS software, the simulation and analysis is introduced in the paper, discussing about the antenna structure and the related structure of the antenna. The study work of the paper involves mainly the following two sections: firstly, the simulation analysis model of the frame structure of the radar antenna and the support structure of the antenna frame structure are built up, and the finite element analysis will be performed respectively with ANSYS software. As for the simulation analysis model of the frame structure of the radar antenna, static analysis and model analysis in the transport state are conducted to check if the intensity and the rigidity satisfy the design indexes. However, it is essential for the safety check to perform static analysis on the simulation analysis model of the support structure of the antenna frame structure. Secondly, the simulation analysis model of the hydraulic lifting mechanism of radar antenna is built to carry on the dynamic analysis with ADAMS software, then taking the hinge points of the hydraulic cylinder as design variables, the maximum lift force as an objective, the design of experiments is processed by ADAMS software.
