基于实测的中央空调系统风机选型和节能分析

【摘要】 对6个中央空调系统的8台风机运行工况进行实测,根据实测数据计算风机运行工况下各参数,将风机的设计流量和运行工况的流量、额定工况效率和运行工况的效率分别进行比较,进而进行节能分析。实测与分析表明,中央空调风机普遍存在选型偏大的问题,相对于设计风量,风机额定工况风量平均增幅为9.14%;相对于风机合理全压,额定工况全压平均增幅为93.88%。显然,额定工况风量与合理风量之间的偏离幅度较小,额定工况全压相对于合理全压的偏大程度严重。可见,由于系统水力计算不够准确或风机全压富余量过多,使得全压偏大,是风机选型严重偏大的主要原因。风机选型严重偏大的结果,是风机运行工况会严重偏离合理工况,风机实际风量普遍严重偏大。与设计风量相比,风机实测风量平均增幅为23.47%。运行风量偏大使得风机能耗增加,若合理选型,风机能耗平均可减少53.59%。如果以节流的方式使系统实现设计流量,则相对于当前工况,风机能耗平均可以减少7.4%。

【Abstract】 Eight fans of the six central air conditioning systems are tested on operation conditions. According to the measured data, we can calculate the performance parameters of fan. Compared the air volume of design conditions and operation conditions、the efficiency of rated conditions and operation conditions, we can make an energy analysis.Testing and analysis show that, the fans of the central air conditioning widespread exist that type selection are greater than the fans of system required. Compared to the design condition, the air volume of rated conditions are growth for 9.14% on average. Compared to reasonable conditions, the full pressures of rated conditions are growth for 93.88% on average. Obviously, the differences of air volume are smaller while full pressures larger between rated and operation conditions. Visible, the main reasons are the system hydraulic calculation was not accurate enough or fan full pressures overmuch.And the results of this phenomenon are that fan running condition will gravely deviates from reasonable condition. Compared with design conditions, the growth of air volume is on average 23.47%. If reasonable selection, the energy consumption can reduce 53.59%. If using throttling to achieve design flow, the fan energy consumption can reduce 7.4% on average.
