基于web services的联通业务系统监控平台设计

【摘要】 中国联通是我国电信市场上的主要竞争者,中国联通业务系统是中国联通与客户进行交互的具体途径,是向客户销售产品以及提供差异化服务的承载体。目前中国联通已经开展了网上营业厅和3G网站的渠道销售受理工作。但是,由于前台受理系统搭建于中国联通集团公司,但后台结算系统和号卡数据等需调用省分后台系统,造成了系统间不能稳定的进行信息交互。实现监控集团前台受理系统和后台数据系统相互连接是否稳定,并及时发现前后台系统信息交互通畅是现实急需解决的问题。首先讨论了中国联通电子渠道省分业务系统的现状和问题,明确了中国联通电子渠道业务系统监控平台开发的必要性。在此基础上,讨论包括监控平台系统功能,分析联通业务系统、系统监控、实时监控状态、监控报警、监控后台管理等主要流程,然后分析业务系统的监控平台架构,并利用模块化的方式设计系统,对监控平台的主监控、监控管理等核心子系统进行详细设计,其中基于web services重点讨论联通业务系统监控平台主监控核心子系统和监控管理核心子系统集成和实现。最后对监控平台的可扩展性和系统投资效益进行分析。

【Abstract】 China Unicom is a major player on China telecommunication market. The business system of China Unicom is not only a practical communication channel between customers and China Unicom, but an entity to sell products and provide differential services to customers. China Unicom has started channel sales of "online business hall" and 3G website. However, the foreground system is built on China Unicom Corporate system, and sub-background systems of provinces have to be called by the background system. This results in unstable communication between systems. Therefore, how to realize stable connection between foreground and background systems, and how to find its problems as quickly as possible are urgent issues which have to be solved.China Unicom e-channel’s sub-system was discussed in the first place to identify its necessity to develop China Unicom e-channel system monitoring platform. Based on this discussion, monitoring platform system functions, online business hall, and 3G website modules of customer ordering、search and acceptance were further discussed. After that, architecture of monitor platform was analyzed, and a module system was designed, including core sub-systems of website service, application service, data service, system service, etc. Amongst them, system integration and realization of Unicom online business hall,3G website foreground ordering management and background data calling monitoring were mainly discussed in the section about web based services. Finally, extensibility of the monitoring platform and system investment return were analyzed.
