基于NGDC技术的数据中心监管系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着NGDC,云计算等领域的技术进步和商业化,数据中心运营迎来了新的一轮技术革命,随之而来的是对于NGDC这样新模式数据中心的运维管理工具和模式的升级换代,传统数据中心面临淘汰。NGDC的建设,将会为企业和客户带来资源,能耗等各领域的巨大收益,为企业的信息系统的再造提供了坚实的基础。然而NGDC带来的并非是简单的数据中心设备方面的技术进步,同时,要求数据中心的运营必须精确化,管理数字化,做到成本计算和业务收益的平衡。因此,对于NGDC的监管控系统的建设,无论从底层的设备监控,到顶层的IT服务流程管理,都必须根据NGDC的特点重新设计和探索。论文以真实的项目为背景,对于NGDC的建设中面临的挑战和困境做了深度的分析和探讨,对基于ITIL的NGDC IT监管控系统进行了详细的需求分析,提出了自动化监管控一体化的技术方案,主要包括总体架构、逻辑架构、网络拓扑和功能模块设计。对监控系统功能模块进行了详细设计和实现,对自动化运维中的监控自动化的事件压制环节做了深入的研究。同时限于篇幅,未能对配置管理其他方面做更深入的展现。对NGDC的监管控系统的关键技术难点进行了系统研究和系统实施,为国内其他的NGDC的监管控系统的建设提供了切实可行的管理模式和应用系统解决方案,对于NGDC的运营实现自动化运维管理,提高数据中心服务可用性、降低运营成本具有很强的实用性和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the NGDC, cloud computing and other fields of technological progress and business utilized, data center operations embracing a new round of technological revolution, followed by a new model for the NGDC that operation and maintenance of data center management tools and models and upgrades updating of traditional data centers face elimination, NGDC’s construction, will provide resources for businesses and customers, and energy consumption in all areas huge value, at the same time for the enterprise’s IT support system’s upgrading, enterprise information systems for recycling provide a solid foundation to drive IT and business transformation, improve enterprise operational efficiency, reduce internal costs, improve customer service, achieve scientific decision-making and analysis, ultimately boost corporate business development, and enhance their competitiveness.NGDC is not, however, brought a simple data center equipment, technological progress, while for data center management, operations put forward new demands, in the NGDC’s environment, the traditional model has been unable to meet the regulatory control of vast amounts of equipment and service requirements. Members NGDC high initial capital costs, data center operations required to be precise, digital management, costing and business receipts ensure balance. Concrete manifestation of the traditional data center, requires manual on duty, on the failure to find more passive users to receive reports or manual inspection found that there must be sufficient on-site staff and front-line staff on duty. In the face of NGDC’s mass of equipment and complex application dependencies, the traditional operation and maintenance system has been powerless, more seriously, in the IT facility the cost are limited and must provide services to support the asymmetric growth of a tradition of operating models, cost cannot be reasonably be assessed, but also as a means of rough operation and management, not timely feedback from IT services, support and value the business return. Therefore, NGDC regulatory control systems, the terms of the underlying equipment monitoring, to the top of IT service process management, must be according to the characteristics of NGDC resume and re-exploration.Thesis true of the project background, base on NGDC’s set up face the challenges and dilemmas do deep level analysis and discussion, made the automation control integrated technical solution, also through the real project implementation, access to the valuable practical experience and Automatic operation and maintenance of the automated monitoring of events in the suppression of areas, so in-depth research on the NGDC regulatory control system of real technical problems and have a real understanding of priorities. Other NGDC domestic regulatory control system of building a practical management model and application solution, for NGDC’s operations to achieve automation support management, increase data center service availability, reduce operating cost; have great practicability and guidance value.更多还原
