基于NET的项目监理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 基于.NET的项目监理信息系统能够加强监管体制企业的经营过程控制、财务审核、资金监测和信息交流,将检查管理和决策支持有机结合,可以大大提高管理效率,提升监理行业的监理质量,增强监理企业的综合竞争力。本文首先分析了工程监理与监理信息化的概念,阐述了项目工程监理的指导思想,详细探讨了系统实现过程中的关键技术。其次,在明确项目监理信息系统设计原则的基础上,分析了SOA架构以及将SOA架构引入系统的层次化体系结构的设计,对系统的组织结构、监理流程以及需求等方面进行了分析,并重点对系统工程的功能以及数据库进行了详细设计。最后,本文借助于.NET与SQL Server的环境,分析了项目监理信息系统数据库连接池及封装的实现,从系统层次化的角度研究了系统的表示层、业务层以及服务层的实现,探讨了Web Service的应用实现以及基于加密与数字签名的安全性实现。

【Abstract】 The information management system based on.NET can helps to supervise the enterprise management process control, financial audit, capital monitoring and information exchange, it also can combine the check management with support decision and can greatly improve the efficiency of management, the quality of supervision industry, and the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.This paper firstly analyzed the concepts of engineering supervision and supervision information, expounded the guiding ideology of project engineering supervision, then discussed the key technologies in the system. Secondly, the paper gave the design principle of project supervision information system, and analyzed the structure design of layered system on the basis of SOA. Thirdly, the paper studied the organizational structure of a system, supervision procedure and demand, designed in detail the function modules and the database of the system. Finally, this paper has analyzed the database connection pool of project management information system and encapsulates realization based on.net and SQL Server environment. From the perspective of the hierarchic system, the paper implemented business layer, representation layer, and the Service layer, then implemented the security of Web Service based on encryption and digital signature.
