基于安全访问和集群技术的车辆稽查系统的实现

【摘要】 本文对城市道路治安卡口监控系统进行了深入研究,并提出建设网格化机动车识别综合应用系统解决方案。通过在全市范围内布设一定数量的车牌识别监控点,利用车牌识别技术实时监控各路段或路口的机动车通行情况,并实时查控、预警盗抢机动车、涉案嫌疑机动车、交通肇事逃逸车辆、交通违章等黑名单车辆,为公安刑侦和交警等各警种快速有效地打击涉车违法行为提供强有力的技术手段。此外,本文对系统安全访问控制进行了分析,并提出了相应的安全访问模型和算法。本文的主要工作包括:1、分析了国内机动车管控现状和本课题的研究意义,对目前治安卡口系统的研究进行了分析和论述,介绍了J2EE和网格化的相关技术。2、针对目前治安卡口系统建设中存在的安全访问控制缺陷,改进了基于角色的访问控制模型及算法,该算法能有效管理系统安全,可以有效防止权限滥用,越权操作等问题。3、针对实际系统中计算和数据存储问题,提出了基于集群和网络存储的方法。4、以本文提出的安全访问控制模型为基础,结合当前机动车管控存在的问题,利用高性能信息处理集群环境及网络存储系统,设计并实现网格化机动车综合应用系统。该系统能对某市全市范围内所有监测点的车辆通行情况进行监控和预警,能有效打击各类违法犯罪事件,同时利用系统强大的数据基础,提供诸如智能停车诱导、泊位预约等便民服务。

【Abstract】 Many advanced studies of security monitoring system have been done and a grid-based vehicle identification integrated application system is proposed in this paper. By laying out a certain amount of cameras, and with recognition technology of license plate, the system can real-time monitor traffic condition of all access roads or junctions, and all kinds of illegal data or criminal vehicles. Besides, it offers strong technical means to traffic police, criminal police and other police officers for combating illegal effectively. In addition, based on the analysis of secure access control on system, we propose the corresponding security access models and algorithms. This paper include:1、Analyze the control status of internal vehicle and the research significance of this issue, analyze and discuses the current security monitoring system, introduce related technologies of J2EE and grid.2、Considering of the defect of the security access control existing in the current security monitoring system, we design an improved role-based access control model and algorithm.3、Using cluster and web-storage to solve the actual problems of mass data and mass calculation.4、Using the proposed access control model, as well as Cluster environment with high-performance information processing and Network Storage System, and the current motor control problems considered, we design and implement the grid comprehensive motor vehicle applications.
