基于WEB的小区物业管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着我国经济和城市的快速发展,住宅小区成为居住的主流方式,小区物业管理系统是针对当前社会这一现状的需要就产生的。用计算机管理小区物业管理系统对规范小区管理业务,提高管理水平和效益具有重要意义。本系统利用软件工程原理进行对系统的开发,开发内容主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面,实现了小区物业管理信息数据库的创建及各种费用的收取、统计、汇总。本系统可以实现如下功能：系统登录：包括用户登录,修改密码,添加用户,退出系统。基本资料：包括住户资料和财产资料信息管理。物业管理：包括物业设施,仪表数据,停车场管理,收费管理,住户投诉,住户报修管理,设施维修管理等。数据报表统计：包括物业设施,仪表数据统计,收费统计,住户投诉统计,住户报修统计,设施维修统计等。通过物管理系统的应用改变了以往小区物业管理过程中的手工操作方式,提高了小区物业管理的效率,起到了良好的社会效果和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with our country economy and the rapid development of cities, residential area, the mainstream live as residential property management system is aimed at the current situation of the needs of society is produced. Using the computer management system to regulate residential property management, business management, improve the residential management level and efficiency of great significance.This system of software engineering principles of system development, development content mainly includes the setting and maintenance of database and the programming of the frontend application, realize the residential property management information database and the collection of fees, statistics, collect.This system can realize the following features:Login system including:user login, modify, add user password, exit system.Basic material:including residents material and property management of information.Property management, including property facilities, instruments, parking management, charge data management, residents complaints, residents, equipment maintenance repair management etc.Data statistics:including property facilities, instruments, statistics, statistical data statistics, resident reachable residents complaints, facilities maintenance statistics, etc.Through the content management system, the application of residential property management in the process of manual operation mode, improving the efficiency of property management area, has the good economic benefits and social effects.更多还原
