泸州电业局班组建设信息化系统设计与实现

【摘要】 加强班组建设是事关泸州电业局科学发展的全局性、基础性、根本性工作,是一项长期的战略性任务,对于强化企业管理,增强凝聚力和执行力,提升企业核心竞争力,推动企业科学发展具有重要意义。目前,泸州电业局虽在班组建设中取得了一定成绩,但传统的班组管理模式与国家电网公司要求的“工作内容指标化、工作要求标准化、工作步骤程序化、工作考核数据化和工作管理系统化”的总体目标存在较大差距。结合泸州电业局实际,开发出一套符合班组管理A2标准,并能利于开展班组星级考评的班组建设信息化系统软件,对提高班组管理水平,筑牢企业管理基础具有十分重要的意义。本文根据班组信息化建设工作的实际情况,结合当前新技术的发展方向,为适应电力体制改革及企业自身发展的需要,通过对业务进行深入的调研、分析,并考虑到系统的维护性和可扩展性,设计基于LAMP&WAMP平台三层架构B/S模式的班组建设信息化系统。为提高工作效率、减轻服务器的负担、给用户带来流畅而友好的体验,将AJAX技术和Flex技术应用到班组建设信息化管理系统的设计中,经过将近半年的时间,完成了泸州市电业局班组管理系统的设计与开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening the team-building is a matter of overall, basic, fundamental work of scientific development of Luzhou Power Bureau and it is a long-term strategic task, which is of great significance for enhancing enterprise management, enforcing cohesion and execution, increasing their core competitiveness and promoting scientific development of enterprise. At present, although in Luzhou Power Bureau team-building has made some achievements, the traditional team management model has a long distance to cover to meet the overall requirements of the State Grid Corporation that "fixed work aims, standardized work requirements; procedure-oriented work steps, data-oriented work assessment and systemized work management ". With the actual situations of Luzhou Power Bureau, it will be of great significance for improving the team management and build a strong enterprise management basis to develop a set of A2 standards which are suitable for team management, and use the software of team-star evaluation information system.Based on the actual situations of the team information construction, combined with the current direction of development of new technology, in accordance with the reformation of power system and the needs of their own development, this paper designs team-building information systems based on LAMP & WAMP three-tier B / S model through in-depth business research and analysis and by taking into account the maintenance and scalability of the system. To improve efficiency, reduce the burden on the server and provide users with a smooth and friendly experience, AJAX and team building Flex are applied to the design of informationalized management system. After nearly six months, design and development of team management system of Luzhou Power Bureau are completed.更多还原
