大功率LED照明系统及其驱动电源设计

【摘要】 大功率照明LED(Light Emitting Diode)是新一代光源,它的光转换效率高,也称作绿色光源。若能以LED照明取代目前低效率、高能耗的传统照明,无疑对缓解当前越来越紧迫的能源短缺和环境恶化问题起到举足轻重的作用。本文针对LED的特性和室内照明灯具的要求,研究设计了一款大功率LED面板灯及其恒流驱动电源。本文针对室内照明的要求,阐述了大功率LED照明系统的设计与灯具结构。在灯具的设计中,铝基板、灯具底板充分考虑了LED散热问题,为了使出光均匀,面板上加了扩散板,达到出光柔和的效果,适合室内照明使用。由于LED照明应用的推广,驱动开关电源装置也得到了广泛的应用。相比传统的开关电源,LED驱动对电源提出了更高的要求,高效型、体积小和污染低的驱动电源成为了研发的主流技术。本文将PFC技术、准谐振DC/DC变换技术相结合,设计出一款低电磁污染的开关电源,既保证了较高的功率因数,改善了对电网的影响,又能保证高效率,可靠实用。本文设计的驱动电源采用两级驱动结构。前级电路为功率因数校正级。详细分析了工作在临界断续模式的Boost PFC电路,进行了主电路参数的推导和设计以及基于L6562的控制电路的设计。后级为准谐振的反激变换电路,介绍了反激变换及准谐振模式的理论基础和应用,并基于NCP1207设计了后级的DC/DC电路。电源的输出采用AP4313进行恒流控制。最后通过实验验证了所设计的灯具及驱动电源具有可行性。
【Abstract】 High power LED(Light Emitting Diode)is a new generation of high-power light source, its high optical conversion efficiency, also known as the“green light”. It is no doubt that the environmental deterioration and current energy shortage will be alleviated if LED lighting replace traditional lighting of low efficiency and high energy consumption. According to the characteristics of LED and indoor LED lighting requirements, this paper researched and designed a high-power LED panel light and the constant current drive power.According to the requirements of indoor lighting, a high-power LED lighting system and lighting structure had been designed. In the design, the heat and uniformity had been considered. The LED lamp is suitable for indoor use.Since the promotion of LED lighting applications, the switching power supply have also been widely used. Compared to traditional switching power supply, LED driver requirements higher requirements. High efficiency, small size and low pollution driver becomes a mainstream technology of R&D. This paper attempts to assoeiate PFC teehnology with Quasi-Resonnat DC/DC technology, to work out a novel switching power supply with higher efficiency and low contamination, which both achieved high power factor, improved effecting on electrical network and ensured high efficieney, furthermore, it is easy to be realized and controlled in circuit. Therefore it has great value of application.In this paper, we propose a new type of two-stage program, the former rank of PFC class,after class for the DC/DC level. The CRM mode PFC of the working principle and the main circuit parameters are derived and design,as well as the L6562-based PFC control circuit design of the study in detail. Followed by detailed information on the theory of Flyback and Quasi-resonant mode of basic and applied, based on the NCP1207 flyback converter a low-loss quasi-resonant converter had been design. Constant current output of the driver was designed based on the AP4313.Finally, the feasibility of the LED lamp and driver was velidated by experiment.
